It is crucial that Sime Darby reject the SCR as they are the one who is going to determine the outcome. Maybe we as the other minority shareholders should seek out a meeting with them to discuss the issues.

Let's try and get Sime Darby to support us. They have the professionals to evaluate whether this is a good deal or not. Once Sime Darby is on board...the battle is won.

The best thing to do now is to buy and average down if the price were to drop further. With the 3.9 guarantee price, the sharks will not be able to do much. Let see if they still want to intimidate other shareholders with their big queue. If i got sufficient funds, i will just wallop as much as i can at this price...put into margin and get earn a very reasonable return.

Perak govt cronies are buying up the counter as they know they don't have any chance in the next election. BUY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE AND KEEP....the price will reflect the value sooner or later. Yes..the share price is purposely depress. The main players are actually collecting the shares at these low price. Everybody shd go it and collect at these price as there is very little risk...Just think about it..pays 3.62 and get 3.90 in a few months time with so little risk.

Integra price has been shooting up a lot lately...at 3.90 it is an insult to the minority shareholders especially for a profitable co. REJECT the scr.

denver..i think there are other scr taking much shorter time. The board will have to deliberate first and then calling for an egm will requires at least 3 weeks notice.

They offer $3.90 and once they managed to privatise, they will break down the assets...one take over the port ( we all know who is monopolising the ports ), one take over the theme park and one take over the property assets. Seems like its grab what you can before the fall of the empire.

I strongly believe the politicians are behind this privatisation knowing that Perak may fall to PR and there will not be any more opportunity to take over the company assets...just watch and see what they do after the privatisation.
