it is high time now that the management shall consider bonus issue to make the share more liquid n becomes the darlings of the investors. Many like to buy the share but it is real expensive given its fundamentals n its nta right now. even if it were to split 10 for 1 , its share will still be traded @ RM 2 and not less.

luckily it was backed up by 1 for 1 bonus n expected a better qtr profit come June & Sept 2016.
Overall EPS will surpass the previous year record of 70c ; possibly hitting more than RM 1.00 for the 4th qtr. By that time it will test a new high n graduated to another level. Even after ex , it shall trade from 6.50/7.50....if the earnings keep on expanding...

it is weakening again after big fund managers r throwing ....may test 8.18 again...

now is heading south again n missed by a whisker!

very bad sign , sellers in big volume n stock fell terribly ; another Latitude?

do not blame the promoter , just blame yourself....

i think the southern sign is much stronger , hope it will not breach 2.00!

those bought more than RM13.00 r starting cutting looses?

now , many r throwing to cut losses ; they r practically killing themselves by selling low n buy high on the advises given ; if u r buying low , u must hold for a certain period n not throwing when in the first instance , it dips ...thinking that u may lost all if not throwing . Keep in mind that this stock is still making money , the chance it ends up as PN17 is very slim, just hold tight n see what it may come as it advances.

more likely the selling will stop; coz the vol is too small to make an impact ; if they want to buy cheap , they can start throwing cheap again to encourage more sellers who r all willing to cut loss?

chart is heading south again, just miss a few cm?

good that the price is cooling off to encourage more buyers; too much chasing to the top may encourage early extermination than helping the counter if without solid base set up.

The co is making more than 92c per share ; not a losing concerns but sadly the stock price is only reflected 50% of its actual value ; the sole reason being the co is adament of paying any div at all after all these years ? Keep on expanding but not giving back anything to the minority shareholders...

The co got big chunks of land bank in Iskandar but has no plans to do any development ;
The co is waiting patiently to let others to acquire their lands:
Having Billions of cash but kept in exceedingly low returns on interest ?
All businesses r not making in respect of dollars sense:

Year in year out , just be happy with the same who r running the co like any other kopitiams...
This is a fact but many minority shareholders r hoping that one day something good may happen like asset revaluation, bonus issues n the return on share capital ....
