suggest to sell asset hotels as claimed that it is making after re-evaluation; this may help the country on our very weak currency as well.

As long as the co is still around , it will be ok...long term prospects for property will not be too bad either because every young couple will need a cover over their heads , so the supply and demand will set in. It is just impossible to see property prices slumped to its knees just because of some financial bubbles because yearly inflation rate keeps on increasing and no signs of subsiding ? Currency values shrinks compared with other currencies for eg. SD 1= RM 2.67 ? In 1981 , It was SD 1=RM 1.10? We had shrunk more than 260% ? yet our property prices are still in Ringgit terms and supposedly compared with SD , our prices shall be divided by 2.6. For a RM 500k house , after the recalculation , it is only SD 192,307 . If you were to compare the present housing prices in S'pore , you will be shocked to death.....So , in conclusion, long term shall be all right too!

before any substantial rise , there bound to be a sharp fall first , so many will be chicken out and get killed first, it will surely moves to the comfortable range 1.10-1.20 soon....

not so easy to predict ? it may not go as planned....there are better hopes than lost hopes on recovery when the price of fuel is coming down! Some said it may go down to USD 40-50 range, in that case , Malaysia will suffer in export of premium crude but we are buying raw crude as well for our home consumption ; many depended in imported fuel , so we are benefitting as well if the government decided to share the profits with the Rakyat....

It is so closed to 1800 points........

If index keep going up , then its intrinsic value becomes negligible towards infinity......gone with the wind.....

it is expanding its manufacturing sector to balance the revenue returns from property and manufacturing given the fact that it was done when the market is down , a good move coz the cost will be lowered and overall margin improves....

so do not worry for Bonia , it will touch 1.10 soon ................
