even though the directors r buying n selling , the activities had long ceased as from on 22 Dec 2014....it means no more capital to buy coz more selling than buying ; so in a nutshell , how the price going to appreciate given all the bad sentiments around?

price is getting lower by the day....vol also decreases ....when price touch 40c , sellers in droves r coming affront ....chart is getting south instead of north...I think most of the players had quit long ago .

Christmas , New Year sale and CNY sale will boost up this quarter profit and hence to pay a comfortable dividend in coming quarter...

why they painted a very bad picture on Padini ? The mere reason being they wanted to buy cheap .....they wanted to buy more at dirt cheap price....They are talking about how bad the GST will affect Padini but not others ? Just imagine how naïve they are ? How can GST affect Padini alone ? For the vey simple reason is that they wanted to buy Padini but not at the present price , so they are putting all the rots in Padini so that they may get a chance to buy cheap which may not come eventually....we are looking forward for another quarterly div ,like it or not it is still coming albeit poor market sentiments....

As long as the Kump Persaraan holdings of 223.7 millions shares and EPF holdings at 204.7 millions are on going selling in open markets ; the chances of its stock price going up is very slim given that the company was/ is still greatly affected by the current poor oil palm prices and our weak gloomy currency sentiments. Unless and until a white knight returns as a saviour will be able to see some light at the end of the tunnel.

a Right is = to co asking for more funds , warrants may give u some in returns but in the end u need to convert or selling the warrants within the time frame ; u may make some from warrants but u may loose money in the right , thus your timing of buying n selling is crucial whether u can make or making a loss! just sharing...

vol dropped but price up.....so , its sustainability is a suspect....moreover ,it is ACE company dealing with Tech , it may swing up n down so fast that u just can't fathom its directions. Caution is the word for this type of company.

when volume dropped drastically , it meant that big players were out from radar....

it was once traded RM 2.36 b4 ex....not RM 4.00 , that was the reason the co sold all their treasury shares b4 ex @ high price!

eps 2.68 and nab @13c ....has gone tripled its price is a rare feat! How long n far it may go is anyone guess?

as told earlier , eps 4.5c n nta 16c , how much u want to rate this myeg given that 95 millions for 1.2*2 billions shares issued? so , the eps is negligible n insignificant! This is simple maths..

price turns weaker by day....must be careful!

from 55c to 82c.....quite a big appreciation...but for those hanging at RM 1.02-1.49 , may still have to wait a bit longer ; or cut loss n buy lower still to make up for the earlier loss in case market turns weaker when its price hits higher!

The treasury shares r in the all time low at 6 millions shares compared its peak at 33 millions shares ; so the company got the ability to buy back when it dips below its intrinsive value....

yes queue to sell is too huge to handle... hope the support at 40.5 c is real or else susahlah....

charts bearish , may drop back to 17.5 support...

To me , when major shareholders bought back their shares in the bear market, it signified that its price has hit its bottom or near bottom ; it will bounce back when the co has a clearer picture given that it never failed to pay good dividends around 8 % or higher and giving out free shares every year ....whether u r in Bull or Bear market. Even fund managers include Bjtoto in their complex portfolio year in year out...just sharing!

buy for 8 % div which is much higher than any banks offered; good or bad market , the many festive seasons in Malaysia will auger well for Padini where its merchandise are marketable for all social backgrounds and the important thing is that it is affordable ; more so when the economy is not really good . Do not be misled that the other brands can be exempted from GST ; The implementation of GSt has minimal impact on Padini because it is not too pricey , unlike other pricey brands , u r bound to pay a much higher GST because of its higher price....just sharing...

when politics is involved ; good will become bad....what more this is a monopoly which is not in the interest of all the parties involved. Unless 2 or more companies are selected to implement the jobs or else it will be non-stop quarrelling....and it will impede its development.

asking for more money is not a good move in the bear market ; esp when its share is trading below right offering price....There is no guarantee that punters will fry up the share to make it viable to buy the right...unless the co choses to buy back at a higher price of which will defeat the purpose of giving right in the first place...

ya ,,,,sharks r in now....so my earlier prediction of another run is still intact...

the share is overbought....it may go south anytime....just my personal view...

market changes every minute ....coz many r day traders...look like I m wrong because too many stalled bulls waiting to sell at 41.5-42c in millions in between...unless the hurdle being taken away or else too difficult to climb back to its heyday!

right given is RM 1.00 which is more expensive than the mother share , the consolation is 2 free warrant given for the existing 5 shares owned ....may be u may get something from free warrants...ex at 27th Jan 2015

chart turns positive n volume maintained @ 18-19 millions per trading day , may be another round is coming because the stock has been idling for quite some time ; plus many were stuck at a much higher price from 49c-59.5c....just my personal view....

Remember: many were stuck in Aug to Nov 2014 from RM1.00- RM 1.49......so it has tremendous potential given that its projects are in big n vibrant cities where the glut in housing properties are not really a problem because the demand out stripped the supply ....2c unlike Iskandar in JB !

the best way to buy at the very bottom, if can't , then buy when it is beginning to pick up . The problem is no one knows where is the bottom , so it will be best to buy more at the bottom n buying up when it is moving all the way up in material whatever the fore-runners said . Buying stops when it has gapped up but instead selling aggressively when the volume is too big to handle because the corrections may come any moment. 2c

may be the corrections may come around the corner...not sure yet!
