Maybank expect CIMB 2017 DPS 25 sen. DY 3.8% worse than FD?

Last year Q2 2016 EPS 7.6 sen coming QR worse result?

If Lotte EPS 6 sen RM 4.4 SOP RM 4 is fair.

Better call TF to have QR out early to stop TIH bleeding.

SOP EPS>Perstima, Lotte why price so low?

Insiders who privatise at RM 2.35 still make RM 2 selling today.

Could drop to RM 3-3.5.

Buy CPO counters better. Eg Swk Plant, SOP, FGV, etc.

Which brokers you all use? I scare of Kenanga bec they can short your ctrs anytime.

LBS a lot of fund raising for what if not to buy land?

Ask LBS whether keen to buy HuaYang land if HY wants to sell.

NTA 1.7 means HuaYang own plenty of lands.

Shareholders must write to ask HuaYang to sell some land eg to LBS or bigger developers. Can book gain and reduce debts.
