Can someone ask in AGM is Ekovest related to BM ?

Don’t expect price to move this week. LKH needs to call for EGM for the IWH land deal to be approved. So, he still has time before need to announce BM to Eko.

But at AGM please ask all the questions regarding the land deal

I will be attending AGM as well, hope to hear them answer what do we shareholders get from the Johor land deal with IWH, because if its the land deal alone, its going to take 10 years before we can see any good value from those land. Only BM in return would the land deal make sense. I am hoping for another deal to come out before AGM to make BM officially Ekovest.

I think need to wait for the further deal to be revealed.

Just to be clear, the land deal with IWH is subjected to shareholder voting. So if there’s no BM in return for the deal we can block his deal like previous one with IWCity.

so far no one have answered a simple question, which is if BM has already been secured by IWH. When will roughly the announcement be? The typical answer I get is "soon", and soon can be anytime from tomorrow to next year. I rather someone tell me end of Nov or end of the year?

well all i can say, since i have no "insider" news to share is to wait for AGM or wait for the official announcement. Even in forum, different people give opposing insights on based on their "insiders"

I think most of us here are not against the idea that BM will not materialise, but we are not certain on the answer whether IWH CREC will still be its master developer, and subsequent whether Ekovest will be the key contractor
