The launch of project may delay. But the securing of project can't be delayed by payment of deposit.

They sure will announce(this is guaranteed). If Bandar Malaysia is forfeited, govt will need to tender to find new master developer. You can't say because private company then dont need announce, this involves market as a whole.

I have a feeling that Bandar Malaysia news will not be out this week, but next week.

We all think the highest probability is BM will continue under IWH because they could pay last time, why can’t pay this round ? So the market expectation is this as well. I also hold this view. Let's wait and see. Now all is rumours until the official announcement is made. I won't be too excited yet, but all signs and possibilities shows deposits should not be a problem for LKH.

Why would China take out deposit for 40%? They can lend to LKH, but definitely not pay on their behalf. Ultimately LKH need money to pay after that. So China could pay first, while waiting for LKH to restructure his companies to pay his portion later on.

LKH need to somehow help his loss making company IWC, but he can't merge IWH with IWC only cuz he also needs the cash flow. I think it will be 3 way merger to be able to save IWC as well.

Smaller losses compared to 1 year before if we compare Q1'19 (-4.02sen) vs Q1'18 (-14.59sen). And YTD also showing smaller losses. Why everyone so negative? Just mean they have istop the bleeding, better cost control and moving forward they will try to win business. I see it as a good turnaround. @LearnFromMistake, if you thought after 1 quarter can make profit, you must not read the annual report of PLS. If you did, you will know that palm oil prices are low now hard to be profitable, also look at the age profile of PLS. Most palms are so young meaning the FFB yields are not high and will improve in the coming year. So, overall I still see that PLS is doing not so bad.

PLS qtr is not so bad. The larger lost is due to non cash item, depreciation which means the lost is lower than u all think.
