Genting Hong Kong Ltd, 17.8%-owned by Genting Bhd, will spend €100 million (RM439.81 million) to turn MV Werften, the three shipyards it acquired in April this year, into one of the most efficient and innovative cruise shipbuilders in Europe.

This follows the completion of the acquisition of the three shipyards in Wismar, Warnemunde and Stralsund. In a statement, Genting HK said MV Werften will be managed in Wismar and will focus on building large new ships.

Lloyd Werft, another shipyard located in Bremerhaven, Germany, that Genting HK bought last September, will focus on its prior business of repairs, conversion and building of megayachts.

today's trading @55 is only on confident that price will break 55.50 level this week...otherwise ready to exit end of this week...:))

most probably ex-div in sept..now pending for BOD approval..

changes very low for 50 ...but also feel 54 is high based last div rate..
actually, i only entered BAT counter during 46 in May16...i allocated 50% for long-term/div and 50% for short-term to realize profit on capital gain..
as of today...i sold all short term allocated shares and realized profit..

now calculation risk for next move...but i feel like not getting clear strategy for short term

but current price 54 , i feel overvalued for 55c q div..
i prefer to wait if price back to 50 to accumulate...or buy early if higher div declared this month..
