BURSA said that 3 out of 4 Ind Directors were informed by EY on the 30th September 2021. Look at Bursa suspension notice

The results of the SIR was given to SD's independent Directors on 30 Sept 2021. Obviously the 3 Ind Directors and the people from EY would have knowledge of the report. Did share price drop from 30 Sept till Yesterday. NO. Looks like Karim finally got the details and decided to switch from the warrants to mother shares (Warrants at exercise price of $2.60 is way out of money ). Karim managed to buy 1m mother shares before BURSA stop him.

K Power doesn't have any contracts from SD

Can't understand the collateral damage to K Power share price. Will just buy on dips. Big solar project sign with TNB on Aug 2021. 95% own by K Power. Report by RHB on March 2021 call for BUY at $2.22 with TP of $3.12.
AmInvest call hold at $2.22 with TP $2.31 also on 15 March 2021.
Rakuten call BUY on 6 Oct 2021 with TP of $1.28

Is there more crps? I think no more. I think they HV converted 90+%. The extension was those balance. Correct me if I'm wrg. Again,my feeling my feeling is many ppl bought at 95c to Rm1. Could be pushing down the price for issuing CRPS at low price again

The 2B CRPS is not aborted but extended by 6 months. Can still happen.
The previous CRPS was not given to shareholders but quietly issued to CEO
and their Machai at a conversion price of $0.48 and carrying a coupon rate of 1.55% when the mother shares were trading at 55 to 60 cents.
SO BE CAREFUL of a REPEAT scenario. Better for those to hold hibiscus to drop a email to the corporate office (Not Share Registrar) indicating interest to subscribe to any new CRPS to be issued.

VALUATION - How much is Hibiscus Worth

SOON, the 3rd child will be delivered. And what a productive child too – it would increase current production from 9,000 bpd to about 27,000 boepd. The 27,000 is barrel oil equivalent (boe) as the gas production is converted to oil equivalent.

In the previous write-up, there was still the possibility of more CRPS (and dilution) being issued, giving an estimated valuation between RM 1.16 to 1.29, now CRPS route is not required, the revised value would be RM 1.42.

The 2022 matured sukuk also trading steady. Price did not collapse. No worries
