If you’re convinced that this stock is a fraud I cannot comprehend why you keep on coming here again and again unless you were once abused as a child.

There is a big time remisier at Kenanga IB Jln Tun Razak. You need only place $100,000 to borrow shares to short sell. Buy back at 40 cents; 30 cents or even 5 cents. posting -ve comments here is not going to bring the price down. Even if the price do come down you have physe yourself so negatively that you yourself keep lowering the entry price.

Lower revenue recognized due to stringent SOP and lower man power allowed on site, RECEIVABLES REDUCED which means all projects r real and cash is flowing in (U LIKE SERBA AND SCIB), contract assets increased which means work done but not billed, QoQ PBT increased and they managed to stay in profit, i think this is a fairly good QR. they completed alot of work in 2021 which contributed to the better results and with completed works it means a depleted order book, obviously profit will be lower until they get new contracts in.

Obviously the Newtrader guy cannot be here just to be a world saint. I guess it just to spew poison in the hope of buying cheaper and hoping to sell higher later. This kind of mentality ends up hurting own self more than others.

31 cents to 61.5 cents in 1 week. Obviously there is great volatility and substantial profit taking along the way. I made good profit for those that I got stuck at 43 cents earlier. Will just wait for the right moment to buy back. Important thing is that the 2 contracts awarded recently shows confidence in the company. With Karim not holding any shares now and the biggest shareholder being a closed End Fund ie Kenanga Investment Bank Bhd, we should see a major corporate move for this counter soon. Lets hope the counter resumes its upward trend soon for the long suffering minority shareholders.

SD does stand a chance because EY Consulting Sdn Bhd is not a Audit Company although Ernst & Young PLT is a auditor.
Even if SD lose from round 1 to round 4, that would take at least 1 year.
Meanwhile all Karim got to do is get the share price of SCIB or KPower to recover to some extent. With better market sentiment this year, that is likely to happen.

Price already drop so much cos of Karim's antics in SD. K Power got separate set of Directors and Management. You see Karim and other Directors and Management got charged by SC. You got to be out of your mind to do fake accounting at this stage and at this low share price
