Karim got to much at stake esp with Serba D. The Sukuk Bond due May 2022 is USD 200 M. In order to save Serba, Karim have to buy time. The law suit against EY is to buy time. Time needed to unwind thse suspect projects. He is most likely to sell his majority stake in K Power to rescue his SD and SCIB. Why do you think there is so many buyers inspite of the negative news against Karim

No point trying to frighten people hoping to buy cheaper. The fact is that K Power business is independent from Serba and SCIB. Also projects like the Solar Power plant at Pekan is sign with TNB. The other Hydro Projects are also sign with other independent listed company.
