The Board of Directors of MYEG wishes to announce that the Company had on 16 January 2019 received a notification from the Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (“MCMC”) in relation to the approval on the renewal of the Company’s Courier Service License pursuant to the Postal Service Act, 1991 (“the Renewed License”).
 
The Renewed License is for a period of 3 years effective from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2021. It is renewable with MCMC upon expiry.
 
The Renewed License would enable MYEG to continue to expand its E-Fulfilment Service which uses its own proprietary biometric verification technology and it is expected to continue to contribute positively to the future earnings and net assets of MYEG and its subsidiaries.
