@cwingz, I'm curious why you are attempting to offer an olive branch to Beary. I've clearly proven that he is a scammer. There is no good intention in him to warn people, it is only for a hidden agenda. @derektan, I am taking T4Q PE. Doesn't the market flock to safety in period of volatility? In such case doesn't yield present itself as a key factor together with historical PE? Or do you think the market will value based on forward PE? Also, there is nothing flawed about my numbers, perhaps there are discrepancies among trading accounts, but the numbers should be similar.

@derektan, does market look at forward PE in times of volatility? A quick check on screen tells me Inari is 16.4x trailing DY 3.2%, Gtronic 15.4x DY 5.9%, UNISEM 10.3x DY4.6%, MPI 8.32x DY 2.8%. Stocks with higher yield will be more cushioned against sell-offs. Case in point small caps of property counters (with strong business fundamentals + high forward PE), despite the market plunging today, they are relatively unchanged since the sell off last year, supported by the good yield.

@derektan you are right. However, with volatility, stocks with stronger yield may be preferred. The market is dumping today, will it continue tomorrow? Inari is the highest valued among its peers, and if I take a 3.5% yield, it still has room to go down to 2.50+.

Congratulations to traders who sold earlier. Those that are only on slight loss better pull out now also.

I'm sure all regular readers will benefit and desire factual posts with proper justifications. It is quite shameful that you and Earth continue to deceive despite being found out as scammers.

The problem is not only rampant in this VS page. If you take a look at some of the other stocks that you post on, you can find similar commenters under different names that fit some of the criteria I mentioned. Their intention is simple: to mislead and deceive. One example, check the Fiamma page that I post on, there are two there: @fiamma20 and @Kinglive, exactly same scenario as we are facing here, misleading and unjustified spam posts.

Hopefully the i3investor team can grow faster so that these rotting corpses can be removed. I have written to the team to suggest implementation of local moderators, in hope that the boards can improve further so everyone will have a conducive environment to discuss stocks and businesses.

This is one steady counter. Solid fundamentals, maybe slightly windy for 2016-2017 as property sector faces a cool down, but at this price range it is almost a bargain. A reminder, a bargain is always ideal, but getting at a fair and reasonable price is just as good. Look at some of the older comments here by wise sifus, they have been visionaries, nothing more for me to add.

@buncho89, if Apple's sales decline, someone else has to benefit. Samsung? Xiaomi? Avago supplies to these brands too.

Collected at 2.80, which is similar to early 2014 PE, and higher dividend. Might go down much further, but it is a reasonable buy. Worthwhile to look into Gtronic also, 8% drop today.

@leslieroycarter, a total of 6 out of your last 7 posts are discussing about proverbs and people, and nothing to do with stocks. No one is against proverbs, even I quote some Buffett lines when it is appropriate to add on to my comments, but may I remind you that this is a stock discussion page. We all know some of your comments are still here only because there are no moderators (yet). In any proper online discussion board internationally, your comments (6 out of 7 that are only talking about proverbs) would have already been construed as spamming and deleted by the moderators. Again, if anyone verifies my posts on this page, I am sure most of it are referring to stocks. In contrast, you and @limayseng are continuously digressing from the topic of stock. Back to the simple question I asked you some time ago that you refuse to answer, yet like to continue talking about proverbs: How did you value Scientex at RM16.00? Based on what calculations? Or are you just copy pasting analyst reports?

Also, what nonsense have I sprouted? Or what ideas have I tried to sell? Please list it all down. If you cannot quote any facts to support your claims about me, all readers would know what your true intentions are.

@fiamma20, you are the one to say that they have insufficient reserves to carry out the bonus issue, which is a completely wrong fact. That already proves that you have zero financial knowledge, or are tying to mislead people here. Which one are you?

By saying the it will be reflected in share price by year end or early next year, with such confidence, surely there must be an ongoing business or geoeconomic reason you are eyeing?
