It seems like that the company has been losing momentum since the younger brother taking over his elder sister. The company has been sleeping with no new launches since he has come on board. This may also explain why the share price can hardly move up. Not much media coverage at all when the company has recently achieved record annual profit. Simply not comparable to the sister. Sigh.... Maybe the sister should come back to drive the company to greater heights....

Even more exciting outlook for BCB when it launches its Home Tree phases 2&3, and Medini Iskandar in Johor in the next few months.

It is soft launching its RM600 mil Wangsa Maju condo project now. Next year it will launch the abovementioned RM1.5 bil project. Contracts in hand now amount to RM1.1 bil. So, it will be quite soon for the share price to climb above RM1.50 from 93 sen now.

Hope the privatisation would offer at least RM2.30 per share

This company may not have a strong balance sheet but has a quite clean balance sheet. So it can become a takeover target like Focal Aim Holdings Bhd (now EcoWorld). So, just pray hard that some prominent corporate figure will set sight on this weak smallish company.....:-)

Its YTD poor share price performance has embarrassed all the analysts who have recommended the company. Soon they will stop recommending it if the price continue to drop

For the next 4 quarters, much more profit can be recognized from the unbilled sales of its Concerto and Home Tree projects. Huat at!!!!

Just cannot understand why the warrant is trading at a great premium whereas the LA is trading at a great discount. ????????

Although it has a plot of valuable land in Zhuhai and it is a public known fact, its share price is unlikely to shoot up by 50% or 100% as long as it is not sold in the near future. After all, it is not the right time to sell in the near future. It should wait for the surrounding areas becoming more developed, then it will be able to sell at much higher price and extract the maximum value from the land. Apart from this possible land disposal, there is no very exciting catalyst to propel the share price to go up in the next one year as its property sales and unbilled sales are no longer exciting anymore as compared to one or two years ago.

The value of its land bank appreciation is about 1 & 1/2 times of its present market capitalization based on the closing price of 78 sen. So, there should be substantial upside for this counter for a 6 to 9 months horizon. This has not taken into consideration of its land bank in South Africa. :-)

Those who keep this LA for 3 months from now may be very well rewarded. Its record earnings will likely propel the share price to record high.

Haha... who on earth would want to invest in second and third liners with the main objective or focus on dividend income? It should be the tax free higher capital gain since one is taking higher risks in those lower liners...

Just wait for more good news to be announced more research houses to upgrade the target price like what happened to Alam Maritime :-)

It is worth holding this counter for one or two years based solely on its earnings potential for the next few quarters.

Just unbelievable. Its trading volume could be so volatile within a few days. It has shrunk so much in volume... what's happening....

Just keep this ICUL. It should be worth holding. The mother is now undervalued and it may move up to 60 to 80 sen if it can push up its earnings to RM60m to RM 70m this FY.

With RM 1.9 billion contracts in hand, its earnings stand to shoot up soon. Just have to give it time to execute the contracts and translate to profit to propel its share price upward.

Its earnings potential and time will tell :-)

Kenanga has recently made two perfect target price predictions on Tropicana and LBS. I therefore think that its prediction on GOB would have high chances to come true soon.

Judging from its last few quarterly results which are trending up, there shall be good chances that the share price will trend up too in the medium term.

This appears to be a sleepy old man counter. Despite having the right ingredients, it simply cannot 'wake up' or 'stand up'. Sigh!

Awaiting 2nd Qtr earnings announcement in view of the successful launch of its Damansara Foresta project over the last 12 months

This company is poised to register much better profit numbers for next few quarters because its record unbilled sales of RM800 mil as of 30/6/12 should support its profit growth in the medium term.

This co is set to experience significant profit growth in the next 6 quarters as it accelerates the launches of its various projects located in various prime and strategic areas. Long term investors will likely reap fantastic returns alongside with major shareholders who own more than 77% stake in the co. Otherwise, they are the major losers for the recent land almagamation exercise. It's quite sad that most people did not see the exercise objectively from all perspective.

Just follow Master Fong to buy L & G and keep for 3 months. :-)

Trading at P/E of < 5. Maybe the investment community does not have much faith in the principals.....

More upside may be expected from this counter. This is bcoz it may have good profit numbers to be announced due to the good sales or take up rates from its Damansara Foresta and The Elements projects. The 1st quarterly result is to be announced soon in this month.

Its recent annual report revealed that the had achieved commendable sales from its various projects. Premised on what was reported, this counter may climb above RM1.00 this year if the sales achieved YTD could be translated into good profits in the next 2 quarters. Time will tell. :-)
