Now could be the best time for the major shareholder to take this company private by offering a small premium on top of the current weak share price of RM1.24 since the company's assets have been way undervalued according to some earlier research reports. Again the major shareholder may be laughing now as the minority shareholders keep selling lower and lower every day...

At 58 sen now, the company is valued at about RM 600 mil based on its market capitalization. However, it has made RM 90mil for 6 months ended 30 Step 2014.
Thereotically, it should have another RM 100mil profit that can be derived from its existing Foresta phase 1 for which the land cost should be very low or cheap. This estimated RM 100mil profit should be recognised and sustain its earnings for the next 3 or 4 quarters.
Moreover, it should launch its Seremban landed development, Foresta phase 2 and The Elements 2 soon next year to sustain its earnings for the next 3 years.
So, this company is at least worth watching as its PE is pretty low and it has good profit growth potential.

Given the exciting potential of Mitrajaya based on the above articles, I wouldn't be surprised to see the share price to climb above RM2 when it reports its fourth quarterly result and launches its RM1.5 billion project in Puchong next year. Exciting!

The major shareholder has put in so much effort to secure so much projects over last one year. Obviously he also needs a little bit of time to convert the projects into big profit for the company. When the bigger profit is announced over the next few quarters, chances will be high for the share price of this company to move higher and higher. So, this counter is likely to reward the longer term investors handsomely.

Based on the progress of its two projects namely Concerto and Home Tree alone, chances are high that this company may see its earning to shoot up to RM50 mil in the current FY. So, it will not be difficult for this counter to climb above RM2 by Feb 2015

It appears that the company delivers what it has said or indicated earlier. It secured another RM270 mil construction contract last month. So, it is likely for it deliver fantastic earning growth again for the next 3 years.

If LBS is required to spend a few hundred million dollars to build another international racing circuit for the municipal government before it can develop or sell the ZIC land, then it may not be able to extract much value from the ZIC land. Furthermore, this may take another 2 or 3 years' time, not to mention that LBS may first have to source the approval and money to develop a new racing circuit. So, there are still uncertainties especially involving China laws & regulations that LBS directors or the research houses need to clarify.
Otherwise, the investors may have to wait for a long while. Meanwhile, there are also many other undervalued property companies with less uncertainties to be considered too.

It seems like that the company has been losing momentum since the younger brother taking over his elder sister. The company has been sleeping with no new launches since he has come on board. This may also explain why the share price can hardly move up. Not much media coverage at all when the company has recently achieved record annual profit. Simply not comparable to the sister. Sigh.... Maybe the sister should come back to drive the company to greater heights....

Maybe there were too many sellers who had sold their shares today do not know or believe the potential of BCB. :-(
BCB could be like another KSL. Both come to Klang Valley from Johor to scale greater heights. The next few quarters will show BCB's greater success.

It is soft launching its RM600 mil Wangsa Maju condo project now. Next year it will launch the abovementioned RM1.5 bil project. Contracts in hand now amount to RM1.1 bil. So, it will be quite soon for the share price to climb above RM1.50 from 93 sen now.

This company may not have a strong balance sheet but has a quite clean balance sheet. So it can become a takeover target like Focal Aim Holdings Bhd (now EcoWorld). So, just pray hard that some prominent corporate figure will set sight on this weak smallish company.....:-)

Although it has a plot of valuable land in Zhuhai and it is a public known fact, its share price is unlikely to shoot up by 50% or 100% as long as it is not sold in the near future. After all, it is not the right time to sell in the near future. It should wait for the surrounding areas becoming more developed, then it will be able to sell at much higher price and extract the maximum value from the land. Apart from this possible land disposal, there is no very exciting catalyst to propel the share price to go up in the next one year as its property sales and unbilled sales are no longer exciting anymore as compared to one or two years ago.

The value of its land bank appreciation is about 1 & 1/2 times of its present market capitalization based on the closing price of 78 sen. So, there should be substantial upside for this counter for a 6 to 9 months horizon. This has not taken into consideration of its land bank in South Africa. :-)

This company is highly likely to report RM80 net profit for FY 2015 predicated on its Wangsa 9 condo project and its RM1.8 bil contracts order book. So, TP of RM2 is not unrealistic.
