It still has Astoria Ampang (GDV of RM800m), Sena Parc (GDV of RM600m) and Forests 2 & 3 (GDV of RM1 billion). It is also buying a land bank worth RM90 mil for landed development in Shah Alam.

It's a good opportunity for the major shareholder to privatize the company since most people may not hold a long term view on the company. The major shareholder must be very happy to see the price go lower for a privatisation to take place.

Many other property counters are trading near their 52-week lows. So, GOB is also following the trend due to poor overall property market sentiments despite some of them registering good profits. Just 2 cents.

The consistently low share price of Tropicana despite reporting good profit figures may well indicate that Danny's market brand name is nothing comparable to that of Liew Kee Sin whose EcoWorld commands much higher valuation despite reporting very little profit. EcoWorld's market capitalization is more than twice of Tropicana's.

HLG Research assign a near term target of 74 sen based on technical analysis citing a bullish continuous ascending triangle breakout soon at 71 sen. Longer term target is set 78.5 sen per its analysis.

GOB's next few quarters' results will be fantastic since its unbilled sales may probably exceed RM1 billion with the latest RM488mil sales of da:men mall. Hopefully it could climb up to RM1.00 by next March. Let's see and time will tell. $$$$

At 50 sen, this company is now valued at RM535mil in market capitalization. However, its cash in hand is > RM400mil. So, all the sellers now offer a great opportunity to the Hong Kong major shareholder to privatize this company cheap cheap say at around 65 sen per share...??

Danny Tan is way behind and has a lot to learn from Liew Kee Sin why analysts are more bullish on Eco World than Tropicana despite Eco World delivering miserable net profits in the last 2 quarters.
