For my oppinion, both are usd related stock and both are quite good
Homeriz can go for mid term and it just ex on bonus issue and warrant. Hope they give dividend too. (Evergreen also not bad, it hit 1.50, u missed it during it dropped.

Wellcal I think long term not bad due to strong usd and its quarterly dividend, with current price I think it's better than normal fd, still more than 4% PA. except compare with promotional fd.

It's just that the klci index and foreign funds exit affected it become quite swing lol
