It raised its earnings estimates for FY19-20F by an average of 23%, revised its target price to 71 sen and upgraded its call to trading buy.

"We view the results positively, slightly dimming our cautiousness over flow of sales into earnings, as the results illustrates the changes initiated within the company."

PubllcInvest said it expects steady growth in revenue in tandem with higher utilisation and smoother operations from recent upgrading of production facilities.

It expects the growth driver, potato chips, to be on track to double up to 30% of revenue in two years supported by two planned additional lines, from less than 15% currently.

"The higher margin generated by the segment is also expected to contribute more significantly in improving the Group’s margins in the longer term.

"Having said that, LBB is allocating an estimated capex of RM40m over the next two years from internal funds for capacity expansion as well as distribution networks revampment."

3. Pokémon Theme Park

A Pokémon theme part would enable us to live our dreams of becoming a Pokémon trainer. Although there is no permanent Pokémon Theme Park internationally, there have been appearances in 2005 where a travelling theme park was based on the Pokemon franchise called PokéPark. It began in Japan in 2005 and made its way to Taiwan in 2006.

The theme park featured twelve Pokémon-themed attractions, and was open between March 18, 2005, and September 25, 2005, in Japan, and from June 23, 2006, to September 24, 2006, in Taiwan.

2. Warner Bros Theme Park


Warner Bros has just opened their first ever theme park in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates in the middle of this year at an estimated cost of US$1 billion.

The park features characters from Warner Bros’ franchises such as Looney Tunes, DC Comics and others. The park contains 29 rides spanning over 1.65 million square feet.

Best part yet, it’s all located indoors. But that won’t be a problem in Genting since it’s much cooler here and the foundation of the park is already built outdoors. Since WB has only opened one, they might be looking to get a second one launched here.

With 18 out of the 24 movie-themed rides designed just for the Singapore park, the park has 7 themed zones including a Hollywood themed park which was made as a replicate of the real Hollywood in the 1970s, even with Hollywood’s Walk of Fame.

WRAPUP 1-China shares surge, yuan stronger on suspension of trade hostilities
SHANGHAI/HONG KONG, Dec 3 (Reuters) - China’s stock markets surged, bond futures fell and its currency strengthened in early trade on Monday after a closely watched meeting between Chinese and U.S. leaders produced a ceasefire in their countries’ bruising trade conflict.

The deal agreed to in Buenos Aires by China and the United States halts additional tariffs that were due to take effect on Jan. 1 and was lauded by both sides, though analysts caution that it represents a buying of time rather than a trade war resolution.

China’s benchmark Shanghai Composite index jumped 2.3 percent shortly after the open. Blue-chip shares gained 2.7 percent.

Shares in Hong Kong also jumped, with the Hang Seng index adding 2.5 percent and the China Enterprises Index jumping 2.9 percent.

(Reuters) - Walt Disney Co (DIS.N) and Twenty-First Century Fox Inc (FOXA.O) were sued for more than $1 billion on Monday by casino operator Genting Malaysia Bhd (GENM.KL), which accused them of abandoning a contract related to its planned construction of the first Fox-branded theme park.

Genting said "seller's remorse" induced Fox, with Disney's help, to breach its 2013 contract with Fox Entertainment Group to license intellectual property for Fox World, a proposed addition to its Resorts World Genting complex, an hour's drive from Kuala Lumpur.

Disney did not immediately respond to requests for comment. Dan Berger, a spokesman for Twentieth Century Fox Film, one of the defendants, declined to comment.
