At least to me, the management now are different as compare to the previous company. Some of them came from Malton and Datuk Desmond Lim is also one of the share holder to GOB. I believe they will take the proper step on this and fully utilize the money later for development.

Tambun Indah is a good counter and also has a lot of cash.. I have it back in 1.28 and looking at to collect the dividend and also capital gain. The boss is a very kind man and working hard to build this company. Have faith in him man.. :) Pearl city is a big project and a lot of residence who stay near by there also bought the houses in Pearl city. Hopefully they can purchase more lands for future development after Peal City.
