Picked up ANZO at a wrong timing :(
However continue to buy when the price keep going down, thinking for dollar cost average.

Now after put in RM 52K, accumulate share 270,000 @ 0.120 - Mkt Value 32,400.00. Despite unrealized loss 20K, will never dampend my spirit to keep on buying this stock at lower price. Prepared to hold on on longer term until break-even price @ 0.200. Target to dispose if the price hit above 0.250

Basically I was attracted to REITS for its quarterly dividend payout.
Choose Hektar Reit for its past good performance. (DPU 10.5 sen for the past several years)

Done initial purchased on 02-May-17 for 10,000 @ 1.590.
Added 5,000 units when the price dropped to 1.570

In 3 months has accumulated 50,000 shares, total investment RM 76,080 (incl. trxn cost)
1) May 2017 -32,000 shares (RM 50,135)
2) Jun 2017 - 12,500 shares (RM 18,409)
3) July 2017 - 5,500 (RM 7,536)

So if I dispose today 50,000 @ 1.25 , I will stand to lose RM 13,580

REIT is an income stock. Despite Hektar price plunges, in my opinion we should just hold on and keep this as a long term investment as they has been giving out a good returns (average yield above 6.4%)

I hope this forum are put into use as input for some of us to make an inform decision.
After all it is your hard earn money and the choice is yours.

why sell and buy OR better? Anzo right issue was 0.20 and now the stock price is 12.5 so much way below that the Right Issue price.

So it is not guaranteed that buying Offer Rights Issue can make money - tell me if I am wrong?

The main intention to accumulate REITS is for their quarterly dividends so I still think that continue accumulate this REIT is still good or better than keeping your money in FD. Their returns giving yield 6.4%

may be still attractive to buy @ 12.5 sen ?

Yes true ..i went in at 0.54 when it was highest (unrealized loss almost 48%) and in red. However, I kept continuing picking up this stock when the price went super low. Now managed to bring avg.price from 0.54 to 0.14 and see profits.

Today those who has taken up the Anzo Rights Issues can now see it in your CDS together with free WC. With these RI, managed to come out of the red :)

OMG ... I went in at 0.545 and sharp drop in price at 0.44 !!! Losing more than 1K in just few hours.
Does anyone know why such a sharp drop in stock price? I thought they have secured 1.2 billion work of upcoming project? Is it a fake news?
