I think Sogo Shopping Mall are very successful because they kept the mall up-to-date with what consumers wants. They have done active sales and promotions... and upgraded their food court.

Hektar - need to keep abreast with the ever changing shopping life style to meet the taste of the consumer around their locality

So I still think shopping mall are still relevant.

I just read Tun Mahathir's comments on Petronas which is well run by professionals, and it's Fortune 500 internationally, yet it's CEO's pay is only a small fraction of RAJA SHAHRIL's RM200,000 daily. How come? Sapnrg is more well run than Petronas? Or RAJA SHAHRIL makan more duit until Sapnrg nearly BANKRUPT?

I think I tend to agree with Spinninglotus thoughts.
Bloody hell why Raja Shahril running this company like his father company? If this is public listed they should make it illegal to draw "crazy" income until the company is bleeding. Its a screwed up management
