You see today trade ex rights issue , we work out at 0.15 but the trading is .185 . Market forces is something that we find it difficult to explain. But we can deduce that those people who buy at .31 is better off that those now trading at 0.18 right ? This is on the assumption that they will be taking the RI and free warrant. This counter in the beginning looks promising and many went in hoping that there can be a turn around. The date of the exercise dont know because they just got the approval today. A meeting will be called to pass the resolution to carry out this exercise. I think this is a very good deal and I advise that you take the rights and the warrants. The market with the extra 30% increase of shares will take a dip of course. What is happening is there is sufficient volume to play with fireworks. Anyone recall Sersol when they did the rights issue exercise? Many were disappointed and dump the shares to recover their position. No they did not lose, when the market went crazy, they regretted. But really in this game nothing to regret. They are raising funds by right issue and propose to SC , look at my earlier post .10 plus 1 free warrant. The amount raised is not a rescue but to improve company cash flow. I say go for it because it is a good deal. Questions raised are the personality in this counter same as Sersol? Checking the list I see 1 name from Sersol board are same here. The rest or rather the other main players appears to be new. Whether they are a front I do not know and there are links that one on Najib son and it came out in the Edge that he is the new CEO, this is denied. Sersol is a good or a bad dream depending on which end of the sugar cane you are chewing. Understand one thing this is an Ace counter , to invest long term on Ace counter you do so at your own risk. Most speculators or semi speculators they know the score . Speculators are like the SAS motto " He who dares Win" . If you think you cannot wait , cash out now. The renewal of the terminated contracts with Kastam Di Raja in my opinion is not really significant. Sure it adds confidence to this counter because their RFId are used by the Jabatan Kastam. SM track should make an impact when the agreement with Canton Fair, IDG and CZI all Chinese base company takes effect. Question is when? So far no effective mobilisation date yet. Even if our Jabatan Kastm were to renew the use of RFID , it may stirr some interest causing it to go up to .13 or at most .14 . This counter , can go mighty crazy, and when their Chinese partner moves it you will know by looking at the volume and the price. Hold and be patient!

The amount the company is raising is rm 13 plus million only , to my analysis it is not really a big sum for an ACE counter . Yesterday a Joint Venture agreement was entered with CZI a Chinese company and SMTrack. It is not an MOU. Chinese 45:55 SMtrack. Market move and small volume building up. Looking at it this counter that has been sleeping in the range of 105 and 11 appears to be moving to 12. Within this week, Chinese may come in to buy up the counter because it is still cheap. It is slowly but surely moving and it will pick up steam when the Chinese comes to invade the market. Happy trading friends.

Agreed if you were to look at the NAPS this company is only worth the figures that you say. This company is a losing company if you were to look at the books and what was reported. What I was given to understand is that this company have some valuable license , for instance laying of undersea cables for telecommunication. Currently a forensic audit is being carried out and lets see the results,

TP, in my opinion is a dirty word. I have in my analysis seen TP being blow way off the roof when the market goes crazy. You all have seen it and you know the score. On the other side of the spectrum you have seen TP being predicted but it did not even reach the point. Let me illustrate an example as recent as yesterday. Look at Sumatech(1201) a company own by Halim Saat an O & G counter. This counter is under PN17 and the price was like around .27/.29. Yesterday there was an announcement that the PM brother Johari has been appointed as a director and boom early morning my brokers told me to check this counter. Within a day it shot up closing at .375. Hello PN 17 company performing so spectacularly. . So coming back to our counter , I say this la, hitting .40 is easy and it will happen soon. I was off in my prediction because I did not see the litigation and the old directors fighting to stay on. Now that they are out the overall situation remains unchanged , if you were to twist my hand and force me to give you a TP , my bet would be .50- .80 and I am being conservative . Look at the assets , this counter is not a kosong company and I can see the reason why they cherry pick this company to take over.

Okay why PM son did not take the CEO post I dont know the actual reason but it will come out soon. The other more important info are the main players like Manjung Utama, Crystal Privileges , the two Dato Lai holding 10 % of the company shares are staying put. The bigger boy is Swift Icon, as you can see they hold 26 million share has informed Bursa that they are disposing some in the open market. I believe the fall is this reduction by Swift. Now knowing the history of Swift, the disposal will not cause a drastic swallow dive and this price of .29 or .30 will be the base range. Will it fall to .24 or .25 ? No this will not happen and it will hurt them and the rest of the share holders. Now why it shot up to .35? That I believe was caused by the "true rumors" that PM son is going the be the new CEO causing excitement among the Brokers. But fundamentally , this counter has not change structurally since the new Shareholders took over. Conclusion ? The show is not over yet and please la, don't panic for there is no cause to panic. When will they play up the market? I honestly dont know la, but I know this much Manjung Utama , Crystal Privileges and the Datos are not sitting too long and grow a beard. I will wait!
