Okay read Bursa site the 3 old directors got an Ex Parte Order , an injunction to stop the company from carrying out its AGM. The Exparte Order was obtained on the 23rd this month. This order is valid for 21 says and will automatically expires on the 13th May. What I anticipate is the Summons would have been served on the new directors and their lawyers would set it aside. What is the reason for the injunction is not revealed. But I suspect there may be allegations that they have breached the Merger and Take Over Code. Let's see what Bursa have to say for they are the authorities governing this. I feel it is only a temporary set back. In the meantime let the counter fall .

The way I see it this fight by the Old and new directors cannot last long, especially when it is a public listed company. There are no information to make a decision but to those who bought it at .27 and .28 you can exit the market first. Personally the stake of those who came in are too high to allow the old directors to stop the take over. If the shares fall to . 25 I will pick some more. I am with the new shareholders for the old shareholders have not done enough to lead this company. I hope Bursa can investigate and intervene in this matter. Why get excited over it now. Just relax let the EGM happen and please give some room for the new directors to come in. This take over is by no means a smooth one, I can say it is hostile with the old directors not wanting to give up. This Saturday we will see if they can be kicked out. Yes kick, the old directors have done nothing to the company until new people came in. If you cannot do anything please leave peacefully la. Understand the history of this counter and you will understand that these new boys means business. So what is the cause for this drastic fall? From what I understand some spooked the shares holders that they may not be able to remove the old directors and they are putting a resistance. As I see SC has been informed of the impending EGM and votes and proxies are collected. My take is you cannot stop the juggernaut from rolling on and the old directors might as well dump whatever shares they are holding. Looking at the 2 ought million shares traded, I think it is their last farewell. I read in one of the old reports that they have the license to lay undersea communication cables. I believe they are the only company in Malaysia to carry out such activities. However I stand corrected if there are other companies now doing this job. As to the common personalities lets get the new boys come in first and then you will be able to see clearly. To say now when they have not come in is irresponsible.

The way I see it the sudden upsurge of the price started when Swift announced they hold a substantial stake on this counter . At the AGM 2 main directors were removed leaving two more. Look at the share value then before the AGM .22 to .25 . Thereafter the price went up and rested at .30 . Why ? Nothing changes so far but people are confident the new boys coming in are going to turn the company around. Next Saturday at the EGM they are asking the immediate removal on the remaing 2 directors. Hopefully if the motion is carried the new people will have absolute control of the company. By looking at trend I am confident the counter will shoot to the .40ties probably touching the fifties even within the week . What little information I have this counter is an interesting counter to me. I think those who purchase at the .30 will see their returns after the EGM. That is my prediction. How far can this counter go? I will tell you after the new boys come in and we study their directions.

If you were to look at the 2 week pattern of this counter, it has not fallen below .30. I am not going to ask you to go in , but if indeed you choose to go in, I suppose .30 would be about the lowest you can get. I have my doubts if you can get anything below .30. Good luck and happy trading.

28th April is the AGM of this counter. Expect some movement then.

This is the announcement calling for an EGM to remove the remaining two old directors in Extol, The EGM is on the 26th April. In my opinion if the motion is carried out, the new people will effectively be taking over the company. In my opinion, this will be the cause to push this counter higher. Technically speaking there is no reason for a surge in price , but if there is a surge it only shows the confidence people have in this counter and the new directors. Thereafter I am sure there will be new directions in the company and my take is you will say farewell to the thirties and welcome the Forties.

kt99 alot of people have no faith in this counter. It has remain at 0.09 and .10 for way too long. No confidence and when it goes up alot started throwing and who can blame them? What is interesting is there is recently a private placement of 20% of the total share at .10. Hello it is not free and they have to pay for it. This private placement I feel is to pay the people who got this contract for this company. Ask you if you buy at .10 will you sell it at the same price you buy ka? Answer no , so certainly these people have the confidence to make it happen la. So how much will it go? Average target price they say is .28. The upside down side target price is .165. MY view these people all talk through their back side. If I am the directors if I sell 1/2 of the 20% shares at .20 , I would have got the rest 10% shares for free. So .20 is what they will aim. Why anything less I do not know. Now can I have a packet of basic nasi lemak to go with my kopi O?

Okay like I say new boys not fully in yet, but lets look closer at this counter. Total shares I think is about 126 million . By comparison it has a small base . Looking at the history there are records that the Malay directors applied to do right issues at 1:4 shares but this was not carried out maybe no money . Put yourself in the new boys shoes, what will you do ? I feel they will do a right issue of 1:2 or 1:3 depending and maybe issue warrants. Of course this will drive the price down but to the share holders , this loss can be off set by the free warrants. NOW when the base is big and the projects are all lined up to make this into a super company. The show will then begin , the price ? Definitely .50 and above. Those company buying those block of shares to take over EXTOL you think it is for free ka? Surely they want some returns right.. The question to all of us is how high can it go and no one can really answer that.

ksyeoh in a nutshell the private placement is 20% of the total shares of the company sold at .10 . This is a good sign even at .10 the buyer are paying a substantial sum of money. The question you need to ask is why this private placement? I believe these are the people who brought in the contract and other business. At current price they have made already at .13 .To your question what would happen to your shares , tell me if they got the share at .10 you think they will be satisfied to let it remain at.13? I think the shares will go higher and in my view at .13 it is still a buyers market. Is this the sharks playing? I really do not know but I know that these new boys will bring the counter higher .

Cocoaland is a steady counter. The assets in this company is beyond the price now. The 1,000, 000 dollar question is when will it fly. Looking at the market not now la, This is one diamond that is wrap in a lump of coal and no one takes a second look at this counter except those in the know. F & N are not stupid people to invest so much in this company. .

Okay just announced today Smartag has entered into an agreement with the Ningxia Salimy Muslim Commodity Trading China. No wonder there is a rush on this counter.

Latest I hear the company secretary has resigned, don't know if the planned AGM will take place or not. 1 superman what I write is from information available and I try to read the situation on how this counter react. Once these new boys are in I expect this counter to go into the top forties and then in the fifties. How high can it go ? Just cannot understand the increase. Is this counter that good? Seems like my analysis cannot hold water. Trying to make sense on Ace counter . One thing I know when the market goes into a frenzy no amount of analysis will work. Okay going with the flow if by afternoon the market remains strong by that I mean above .36 and above , you will be saying good bye to the thirties soon and welcoming the forties by tomorrow. There are two type of players , the investors and the speculators. For those speculators if they think they are happy with the profit margin by all means sell and fight another day. Those playing margin would make a good killing and is happy. The investors that look further and can wait will not be bothered . My analysis may be wrong as I expect no activities but fir this counter to remain at .25 or.26 , so what is causing this increase.? Market talk is that the new directors are positive in making this company into a super company. Extol have very good infrastructures especially the licenses. Ok quite unexpected I was hoping that the fall will continue and remain at .20 mark for at least a week. Now I know that the new people has called for an EGM to kick out the rest of the old boys. I think latest by end May we see a new fresh Board leading the company. I feel by July onwards you will see some positive effect and hopefully by October till December this counter will move very much upwards you will say good bye to the twenties , thirties , forties and will be looking at the fifties onwards.
