HY ShangDong definitely can do the upgraded cheaper than shell... Go and checkout how China upgrade their refinery. and you can GUESS why..... This doesn't mean the output of refinery is cut by half... LOL...

8.5M*4/7.35*0.25=1.15M ton of gasoline after upgraded per annum by HY..... No gapping hole...

Probability is right. I had predicted Q2-17 and Q3-17 EPS correctly based on this assumption.

Q4-17 had deviated significantly from my estimate due to 2 USD/brl refining margin reduction in Q4 compared to Q3, Tax exclusion and maintenance costs.

Let not entertain Dragon and Probability..... Just wait for 1Q18 report and final dividend ...,, It is probably wise to go away from this forum till the quarter report is out....dumb dumb hold....be positive always.... :-)

Yes ... HY management already indicated in the report they are hedging against oil price volatility, currency etc.... Don't worry ... Be positive... Also I have just found out RAPID project will not compete with HY upgraded refinery ... In fact RAPID will fill in the 300kbpd shortage which we need to import every day.... This is unlike what is claimed by the conspiracy theory ....

I believe this is a bunch of conspiracy theories which are not substantiated... There are too many holes to fill to make the story trustful.... In fact it is very likely HY can do what shell cannot do which is to upgrade the refinery at cheaper price . I seriously don't trust the Newly upgraded refinery can only run at half capacity... This is ghost story being painted too scary till it is not real.... LOL.. some more HY will want to import refined petrol from Shangdong to compete with RAPID? Really unbelievable ..... Just like someone just slap a RM 400 Million loss for inventory of HY recently.... What is his name? Fake icon? Waste my time today .... Have better things to do......

At least the bank will not loan the amount without knowing that the NEW refinery can only work at 50% of the capacity.... It is very doubtful

One big question to Probabiltiy new hypothesis.... why would bank loan so much money to HY if the refinery can operate at half the capacity after upgrade..... or HY NEWLY upgraded refinery will be too old to compete with RAPID..... or the conspiracy theory that Malaysia will import Euro 4 or 5 petrol from China..... it is highly doubtful....

Probability all this while has a lot data and news.... he stitches them together into forming hypothesis and theories .... for instance ... the theory of getting cheaper WTI in replacement of Brent by HY to explain the high EPS of 3q17 which may sound logical and he proceed to use it to forecast the 4q17.... which later found incorrect...as HY explain in the 4Q17 report that 3Q17 high EPS is due to short supply of refined oil due to hurricane Harvey... it is fine that someone make mistake... after all this is what we call them as hypothesis .... need proof... the problem is recently he exhibit the behavior of telling plain lies such as sending big warning to others that will be big event (implying sell down) to happen on last Friday.... it turned out nothing happened(in fact the stock price went up by 20+cents) . His credibility went down to drain with this plain lie. It is an event proven that he is caught lieing... Hence, DONOT TRUST probability.... all his hypothesis is fault unless proven true.....
