esos is different instrument compare with pink form, though both r offer to staff. pink form is for ipo (new listing) whereas esos is for existing listed company. pink form do not allow you to wait and see, u either take it or leave it.

ledzepp, Thanks for the link. 0.035 was a great price. I went in a bit early at 0.04, then saw big lots being given at the lower price. By the market maker...?

kcchongnz: Prior to 3/10/12, the volume of CR is very thin, and suddenly on 3/10/12 a big chunk of CR being release by market maker (I believe so).... As all of us aware, SW is actually an instrument for IB to make $$$, if their intention is to make $$$, why don't they release the SW in more higher price but at 0.03?? Tat is why I doubt v can earn $$$ from tis SW... jz my 1 sen....

Trading in Scomi Group securities suspended

KUALA LUMPUR: Trading in the securities of Scomi Group Bhd was suspended in the afternoon session on Monday.

The company said the voluntarily suspension from 2.30pm was pending an announcement.

Scomi rose 1.5 sen to 35 sen at midday. It was the most active with 25.52 million shares done. The warrants rose 0.5 sen to 3.5 sen with 11.32 million units done.

Ingenuity shareholder Chin says "thanks, but no thanks" to Ninetonology

Ingenuity Solutions Bhd's substantial shareholder Chin Boon Long is not selling his stake in the company to Ninetology Marketing Sdn Bhd.

He said at a press conference on Wednesday that he was not accepting the offer. "Thanks, but no thanks," he said, in reference to Ninetology's offer.

Chin added he would hold on to his shares for two years. He also said he would seek a board representation.

Ingenuity has attracted trading interest in recent days following events leading to the announcement of a possible takeover of Ingenuity.

Chin had extended an invitation to the media and all shareholders of Ingenuity, 1 Utopia Bhd as well as other concerned stakeholders to clear the air. Chin is also the managing director of 1 Utopia.

Last Thursday, Ninetology announced at a press conference that it had "ready funds" to take over Ingenuity, also a tech firm which made a net profit of RM3.2mil in its latest quarter.

Ninetology had offered to acquire a 39.44% stake in the company at 55 sen per share and if the deal goes through, this would trigger a mandatory general offer to acquire all the remaining shares Ninetology has not already owned in Ingenuity.
