Most people are too focus on existing/historical PE & ignore the meaning of investing.

Pay as cheap as possible & get as more as possible.

Luck also play part in rewarding hardworks, I feel lucky and hope all will make good money in stock market also.

Don't gamble but study hard, read all news, reports, positives & negatives.

Use only free money to invest, not emergency money, invest in porfit making companies only and know when to cut loss if can't take it anymore.

Just look at Airasia, Penta, George Kent & Mycron, 100%+ in a year from low. Others like Gadang, KESM, steel stocks also doing very good.

General/Board market has not been doing very well, but also not that bad, it is just stagnant.

But, certain individual companies who delivered great results have certainly rewarded its shareholders by way of appreciation of their share prices.

I hope to have more sell down from those who are locking in their profits. When tide has gone, I will be able to just pick up the fish from the beach

Kesturi has no other business except Duke 1 & 2, no cash is required to make any further investment for any business, so any profit will be distributed out.

Other than toll business, Ekovest has expansion plans in place for other businesses, such as construction, property & mall.

EPF changes its direction where EPF will receive dividend or profit directly from the assets, rather via holding company where other businesses of the holding company may affect the basis of considering dividend distribution.

4 years ago, turnover of Duke 1 was RM50m & interest charges was about RM120m, Duke 1 was suffering losse. No Duke 2.

After 4 years, turnover of Duke was RM123m & interest charges was RM78m, with additional Duke 2.
