If you look at UK government dealing on wessexwater, they will allow the company to have reasonable profits by reviewing the water concessionaire every 3 (or 5) years. The agreement prohibit YTL wessex to have sky high profits and the top priority is to protect the public interest.

So far, we have not heard any highway concessionaires in Malaysia has allowed the Government to have chance to share on that portion yet, reason?

Because we know that the concessionaire agreement is normally sided to company, rather to government, I guess the whole Malaysians knowing that, that's sad story for us as the people of Malaysia

If the actual revenue exceeded the projected revenue over certain percentage, may be 10%, 20% or even higher than 30% (which we never know as it is classified) the government will only has a share on the exceeded amount.

The company will claim the deferred income (short fall amount) from government by way of monetary repayment or further extention of concessionaire period.

You are still wrong, the concessionaire agreement has a term called agreed projected traffic flow, if the traffic revenue drop below the projection due to deferment of rate hike, the company will recognise it as deferred income from Government.

Suggest you read the audited report of kesturi, it was mentioned in the accounting policies section.

After tablets, smart phone, trends seems to be obvious now on transport! More electronic cars, and even self driven cars to reduce traffic accidents. Will that impact general insurance business and other businessman??? Who need spare parts now? Who need petrol station! In future all solar energy car!

May be I prefer those more predictable via other factors like China CRC price to Mycron & Order books in hand to Ekovest.

I missed big on Penta & KESM, I have been following on these 2 but just didn't see the way you looked at them, couldn't see from their reports. Lessons learned.

Hi Booon, really can't tell on stock market, some people may need the money to sell or some are optimistic to go higher, can't say.

But CRC price in China & Malaysia are on the rise for the last few months, it may give well support on the current price.
