The next phase will just be discusiiion on price dynamics without much corporate drama. As much as I dont agree with Joyvest in a lot of issues, but he gives life to this forum, does not matter whether true or not. I am still in this forum, perhaps due to his writings. One of the issues that the predators got pissed of with Dracula Buncit is his ESOS plan that will further dilute the shareholdings.

Belum, although ada kes, title MD still his, so should report via bursa for shares trading, but if he is removed as MD, then he becomes a ghost that throw shares as minor stake holder, not required to report. But 30 million shares returning from him should not be a problem to the market maker. Even at this point, they are trading about 57 mil shares. So Dracula's holding of 30 mil or so, not a threat.

In truth, I am a newbie into Bahvest and bought into it due to reading the comments from Joyvest. He supplied lots of info , not that he is right or wrong. that made me think of the gold mine of an opportunity in Bahvest. Had i to start looking for info b4 buying, it will be time and effort consuming. In any case for me this is a faster way of deciding, a sort of my backdoor acquisition of Bahvest. Thus i am quite indebted to him in some way.

Dracula might be ED of Bahvest, but in reality when he saw KRETAM Iceman pissed off with him to the maximum, he knew his fate was already sealed. The mere disposal of the bulk of his holdings even before the EGM, was the death knell for him. Without controlling stake, no point opening the mouth to say anything at the EGM. And to say that he did not expect to be apprehended due to the gold debacle? Indeed he knew it was coming, that is why he disposed off it quickly for fear of any untoward consequences such as asset freezing. The balance, 3% just in case, if required. He knew that if he entered the ring with Kretam Iceman opposite, might as well throw the towel before you even put on the boxing gloves.

BTW ever since this episode started, has Dracula come out into the open to make a statement? Its always the board....has he no personality to present himself before the press?

The issue is not whether he is being right or wrong, but the fact that we don't rot under our own perceived thoughts. Take Joyvest out of the equation, and this forum could stifle. Well, I appreciate the fact that he takes the trouble and time to express his perception of current issues hovering Bahvest.
So his presence in this forum is essential although dissenting. After all, it is free space for anyone. About him swearing and cursing, i have no qualms with that. Perhaps being in the market make us numb to all these things. So Joyvest, please continue on your effort.

Nic, even if dracula is roaming free now, thats OK. One thing for sure is that Bursa is putting a mile long pole where dracula will not be allowed to serve any PLC as director based on his conduct. And btw, for an MD he collected, i guess less than 20M in his disposal. And for his upcoming litigation and to maintain his lifestyle, this 20M is relatively small. Anyway, Dracula has already lost in the plot, and so sayonara.
