MCO lifted. Production efficiency improved from 60% to 90%. TG resume full production. Capacity 100b.

Xifu email to Andy Hall to seek clarification on Ataims video

We are not the subject matter expert on labour rights, however if i may i'd like to share my personal thoughts with you on this issue, the reality is that the alternative for some of the foreign labourers working in Malaysia may be even worse, their families back in their home countries live in destitute conditions and rely heavily on foreign remittance. The loss of income from a sole breadwinner will have a large social economic impact beyond the borders of Malaysia, therefore any allegations made has to be carefully considered and must be backed by real hard concrete evidence because the 2nd and 3rd degree consequences will impact not only capital markets but more pertinently the livelihood of foreign labourers' families back home indirectly. I watched your video on your twitter account copied below , showing workers from ATA running away from an apparent audit team from Dyson (inaudible), why are they running away? No one should be held hostage by their employer, however my interpretation of the video is that they are running so that they can keep their jobs, and its not because of ill treatment or hardships they have to endure.

With just over 200 new confirmed cases per day in the recent week, South Africa’s new daily cases driven by the Omicron skyrocketed to 2,465 as of last week. Sharon Peacock, who has led genetic sequencing of COVID-19 in Britain at the University of Cambridge, in a statement acknowledged that the large mutations in B.1.1.529 are “consistent with enhanced transmissibility,” but the “significance of these many mutations is still not known.”

I believe the short interest of shorties can be as high as 99% to bring down SPMX price down by 70%. RSS 2.4% only for show only. Private ib lending to shorties have provided them unlimited shorts to bring down the share price. The latest share holders list, the retailers hold less than 0.03%. Probably shorties already shorted close to a billion shares. That's why the other gloves stock down but SPMX still green bc shorties are buying the shares to pay share dividend. Even phantom shares are sold by ib. For e.g the nominees shares already loaned out to shorties and same time retailers sold the same shares. Probably million of phantom shares already sold.

Who is owning the a billion shares sold by shorties n ib now?

Nitrile gloves ASP should bottom in the next 3-6 months at between USD25-USD30 level. We believe that ASP should bottom soon. Firstly, major glove producers have slowed down their expansion in the past 3 months. Secondly, there is sign that inefficient players have started to make loss. For example, Blue Sail Medical have registered net loss of RMB22.9m in 3Q2021 which we believe is due to the decline in ASP for gloves. Note that Blue Sail Medical is a major China gloves producer with estimated 5% market share of global medical gloves supply. Coupled with the scarcity of power supply in China as winter approach, we expect less competition from China at current low level of ASP at below USD35 per 1,000 pieces of nitrile gloves.

If SPMX sign a big contract with US govt. Why worry about cost and labour?
With factory there, SPMX will able capture bigger slice of US market. >20%. More US investors will buy supermax shares . Future SPMX may listed in US share market if remain profitable there. It won't be 1.70. but it could be USD 170 in 5 years time.

CBP temporary ban is part of US govt initiatives to fixed the forced labor issue in their supply chain. The company involved in suspected FL will then conduct auditing on their factories whether they are compliance to 11 ILO FL standard. Once it is done they will then submit the auditing report to CBP for review. If more things to be done, CBP will advise the company to make further improvements. When all the issues of FL already solved, CBP will then lift the WRO.

Many foreigners may not know foreign workers especially the Nepal want to earn more money when thy come to Malaysia. They will try to work as many OT as possible during weekend which easily increase daily pay to 1.5x on Sat and 2x on Sun. Their pay easily hit 3-4k. They are willing workers (not forced labour) but US think this is forced labor. Once i met a Nepal who had saved 300k in 3years working in Malaysia factory. In fact they are super rich "forced labour". U can check with them, many Nepal quite rich working in Malaysia some even setup "Ah Long" business, car washing and other business.

DPA initiatives is to increase
The administration is also aiming to bolster the country’s supply of critical personal protective gear such as surgical gloves, which are in short supply. The administration plans to expand the domestic manufacturing of the gloves in the U.S. by building plants to make raw materials and the gloves themselves. About 1 billion nitrile gloves could be manufactured per month by the end of the year, Manning estimated.

Supermx investing a nitrile glove factory in US is timely and as it will help to bolster the supply of nitrile gloves to US govt hospitals. I believe it will be looking forward to sign a contract with US govt at end of year. The building of factory will forecast to completed at end of 2022.

To build a NBL factory is even more difficult. It will requires high financing at least 4b. I doubt it will able to borrow 4b with annual revenue of less 100m.
