Interest in Nexgram soared when the loss-making company, whose business is in information and communications technology, property investment and logistics, announced on April 23 its intention to venture into distributing medical ventilators.

The announcement lifted its trading volume to a high of 74.5 million shares on that day, compared with its 200-day moving average volume of 2.61 million.

Through another agreement with Indonesian firm PT Mitra Abadi Propertindo Utama, Nexgram’s unit Nexgram Biomedic Sdn Bhd will sell two million isolation gowns and 500,000 boxes of gloves to the Indonesian partner every month, from November this year to October 2021. There is also an option to extend the deal for 24 months.

Bravo. Keep pissing venom. Their ultimate goals only to get the price cheaper.

It is not about the prospects of the company but their ill intentions.

Net tangible assets are calculated as the total assets of a company, minus any intangible assets such as goodwill, patents, and trademarks, less all liabilities and the par value of preferred stock.

NTA = Total tangible aset - Total liabilities (included preferred stocks is a liability to the company)

We can look the NTA data from their Financial reporting especially in the balance sheet.

Yes, they will cover the creditors/loan and preference share holders first. If there is any balance, its will be allocated (maybe partly) to their ordinary share holders.

But wisely, look at Bornoil's balance sheet, their financial condition looks good. Their cash to debt ratio is healthy. No big loan. Without loan which cannot cover by the company, there should be no bankruptcy. Bankruptcy only normally initiated by the creditors because of the company's inability to serve the loan.

I got cheated by one of counter before , with a good balance sheet, but its declared bankrupt and its director got fined in court.

Conclusion: If there is no makeup done to their balance sheet and with records of profits earned every quarter and reasonable NTA, we should not worry about its bankruptcy's probability.

At least NTA is one of the information that shows the viability of the coy.

They enriched their insiders by issuing ESOS and PP. No need to get extra income in term of dividend.

The real losers without any income (dividend) from the company were the retail investors.

For now the company is short of cash. RM600 mil used as investment properties, the biggest item in the balance sheet. The coy aggressively invested in properties. Because of the short of cash problem, the coy don't pay dividend and call for the cash by executing PP and ESOS. Idea based on my instant observations only.

If the balance sheet was not manipulated, therefore its save to buy at that prices.

Normally, consolidation without capital reduction wont be bad exercises for share holders.

Bornoil's balance sheet shows retained profits (not accumulated losses), therefore if they want to consolidate share, there will be no capital reduction exercises.

As I mentioned before,for the next 24 months (8 quarters), the contribution from medical probably will be secured, especially sales from the contract involving Indonesian firm (for two years).

Its mean positively their medical and logistic division will contribute profit in the future but negatively the profit maybe cannot cover the losses from ICT and Property divisions.

From past records their ICT and property divisions cannot perform well and contributed loss to the company.

But for me, I will monitor its price from tomorrow. If there is no sign of support and the price still trending down, MAYBE the next day or later the decision to cut losses maybe be made.

Some times, there is no great impact (big drop) on the price of the company shares which reported losses.

Any advice from the real sifu in this forum, please!

Current assets RM54.2 mil (including cash RM21 mil) and current liabilities RM30 mil.

Just to give facts based on the latest QR.

Short run, PN17 probably can be avoided as current asset is more than current liabilities.
I think the consolidation of shares to cancel the huge losses would be more probable.

Just my two cents opinion.

There is a small profit contribution from medical (as expected) and logistics (+-532K).

But the losses from ICT and property segment is very huge (62.8 million) due to loss on disposal of investment property, bad debt written off, fair value loss on investment, impairment on goodwill and write-off of land held for property development.

Thats mean, ANGKASA project is a failed project. Cheat.
