Okay guys, the PP should not be our concern now. Let the share price fly into the sky.

As I reviewed their last QR, total debt is manageable, but the total cash is so little. By acquiring cash from PP, the coy can use it for investment purposes or other means. Its not necessary for the coy to pay debt only.

Net asset per share now just 4 sen, below the par value of the share. PP @ 26 sen is not diluting their share value, instead raising it. This should be a positive move by management.

But it will add cash into the company and raise the NTA.

Tak tahulah aman85. Tapi amount share terlibat bukan kecik punya anak, berjumlah 627,189,697 unit. Unit share sedemikian boleh jadi kombinasi share dua syarikat di second board. Kalau nak dispose di pasaran terbuka, nanya pelabur runcit nak cover saham yang banyak jika di dispose dalam blok saham yang besar.

Share untuk Hj Mazru saya kurang risau sangat sebab andaian saya dia orang dalam dan mungkin pegang share untuk menjadi pemegang saham major dalam syarikat.

No Sha711. I still believe in Nexgram. I,m in and will wait until the dust settled and hope will enjoy the rewards. Sometimes we need to find the answers for any problems that we are facing with.

@David Coperfield. Just my opinion concerning the problem which has been the subject to be ask by me and some forummers.

The disposal of big bulk shares by Ozura is the main obstacles for Nexgram share price to shoot up. Ozura is a company which was the creditor of Nexgram before it was given the right to subscribe a big amount of ICPS. The coy never want to be the substantial share holder of Nexgram. It has to dispose the shares into cash which was needed by the company.

My theories or assumptions are:
1. The disposal of shares in bulks will dampen the share price.
2. The Operator needs to control the price of the coy to make sure the disposal activities to be a
success.
3. I think, parts of the operators should be the big guys/sharks. They intend to get more shares
at lower price.
4. They are not going to let the price shoot up until they get enough shares. Furthermore the act to
push share price will be more difficult if the process of share disposal is still in progress.

My conclusion is, one of the problems with Nexgram share price not following the market trend or moves in line with their positive announcement is this share disposal soap drama. We suppose have to wait for this problem be settled and later hope the sharks will helps to fry the coy,s share price.
