If there is no obstacles such as disposal of shares by Ozura the stock should be limit up. Sigh.
The disposal progress should be monitored by Ozura, not to drag the price stagnant at 6 sen - 6.5 sen, instead the price also can be push up while the share disposal is in progress to make sure Ozura can sell the share at the higher price. Sigh. Sigh

Forego the past. See about the current and future prospects of Nexgram. Look at AT share prices. In five years time its price never reach 15 sen, but this year its price had reached 16 sen. Please look at another counter with the same story such as MQ Tech etc.

RM1 could be a motivation. But honestly I believe Nexgram's share price should be more than RM0.1. Should be 10-20 sen in the near future.

We don't know Ozura's plan, whether going to dispose the shares or not. We can see it if there is announcement about shares disposal by major share holder starting from next week.

The listing date of shares for 14 August tranche is 17 August 2020.

From my observation for 13th and 17th July tranche, it took 3-4 weeks.

Last time, Ozura has converted 290,000,000 ICP (this one I think has been all sold aread). This tranche of ICPS 300,000,000 and the balance of ICPS not yet converted by Ozura should be 37,000,000 shares. If Im not wrong, total new capital from 590,000,000 ICPS received by Nexgram should be (3 sen per ICPS x 590,000,000 = RM17,700,000 )

But for medium term, Nexgram is going to be more solid fundamentally by the ICPS exercise their future plans to be involve in health care related business. Diversify in another promising business to its current businesses.

@niubee126, positive is Nexgram will get cash as capital to acquire Arita & the price of Nexgram will be controlled by operators to make way of exit for Ozura (if Ozura still intend to quit Nexgram as major share holde). Is it possible for the price of Nexgram shares booming in the short term?

Lack of publicities in media from management compared to certain companies such as AT and HWGB.

As we know, Nexgram only involves in trading of some sorts of Covid-19 goods. Not to be a producer of the goods such as certain company.

From other forum discussions, I never noticed that Nexgram listed as the one of the company which involves in gloves business or linked to healthcare business .

Not so many players believe in this stock. Without sharks and punters, the stock cann't fly, especially the quantity of the shares is huge. I hope there are operators in progress to push the stock price.
