虽然在账面上利兴是那么的吸引人，以下几个原因可以解释为什么没有基金或大户愿意大手投资于利兴工业：

1）Q1 虽然交出了13.76 仙的Eps，但请不要忘記Q1是利兴最強的季度。相信大家还记得去年八月份当利兴公佈Q2业绩时，股价大跌62仙或30%的惊嚇度吧？八月近在眉头，大家是否也应该先卖，待业绩公布后才在低价买回呢？

2）小股东提出的法律䜣讼已经纠缠了利兴超过一年有多，还是无法把它摔掉，搞到每个小股东日夜提心吊胆，吃惊风散渡日。尤于甚者，上个月最新的一场上䜣庭官司，利兴还吃了个大败战，气急败坏吃不了兜着走，怎么不叫人心惶惶呢？

3）利兴的几位董事涉嫌不法的造市(market manipulation)和失信案的案件还在SC和警方的深入调查階段。一日此两个案件不明朗化，一日利兴的股价便被迫受压。

4）五年一次的大火也太戏剧化了吧？虽然保險公司有得赔偿，但这会造成保險金的大幅增长或甚至不受保，到时候不是更糟糕吗？在此奉劝各位利兴董事，凡事适而可止呀。

5）坊间，尤其是在麻坡，有传闻利兴董事会以低价（2.20-2.50)卖盘。但是有潜能的买家在深入探讨后都一一打起退堂鼓来，其原因外人不得而知。照账面看来此低价是天大的好机会，除非内有惊人的炸弹？
