As such, I believe the pp shares will be priced on a step-up and progressively basis. Anyway Hevea is given a 6 months period to implement the pp

On top of that if the whole block of 13.3m shares is given to one single party, eyebrows may be raised as it is a significant block. They may be wary on unfriendly incoming party as well

I am sure the Board of Hevea is not allowing the pp shares to be priced in one big block only, because by so doing, they will not be able to demand a better pricing for its pp, hence less money raised to Hevea.

Won't you feel strange and uneasy that a fund management company buys a stake in a listed entity and then look for O&G assets which they don't owned and then inject it into PDZ?
