第二 大市跌影响
去年和前年出现了大市忽然跌的例子，
也许是因为石油价格或经济状况，
导致很多个股都大跌。
这个时候，
如果是没有影响到基本面的，
还是应该买入，
比如除了石油股基本上都没影响到其他股票的基本面。
但是大市跌而引起的个股大跌有一个头痛的问题，
就是不知道会跌到什么时候，
很可能你太早买了，
股价过后还继续跌。
要分辨股价的低点需要长久的经验累计，
新手一般很难做到。

但是我有一招可以教你，
那就是无论你在什么价格买入，
只要基本面没变，
就要持有到价格恢复为止。
很多人在股市的大跌一开始捡榴莲，
但是看到股市继续大跌，
信心动摇或为了捡更低的榴莲，
就以更低的价格卖了，
同时也Miss 掉了股价过后的反弹。
但是如果你不卖掉，
等到股价反弹，
虽然你是少赚了，
但是起码还是赚的。

Additional info i want to share before your invest need your workout investment plan when to buy stock what your TP and Cut Loss.Stock market is not just follow the FA & TA. Important is planning & discipline. Curently this stock good for long term investment unless big changes in FA

Yup..Ezra_Investor ..I believe HAVEA and son is undervalued now. While investor sentiment is fearful. On the positive side, if you were bullish a few weeks ago, then you can surely find investment ideas that are much cheaper today.
I also still monitoring the Sarawak counter for next election to breakout (WTK, JTIASA & TAANN, CMSB) & keep long term stock like FLBHD,Timecom & QL.

Yes I agree with Pakcik, HEVEA is undervalued now according to my FA analysis.
I also agree that you can find investment ideas that are much cheaper today, haha.
But I'm cash strapped, too bad.

they can lower it to O% also no use. (it only means bank can lend more) but banks are not lending.

Koon Bee, SRR mean Statutory-reserve-requirement-for-banks. Regulation the minimum amount of reserve that bank must hold against deposit.
The decrease SRR mean---> Lower SR--->Bank must hold less reserve--->Increase money multiplier ---->Increase money supply---> Can be loan out (Economic cycle generate the consumption) -----> Economic growth

Conversion prive is 25c..after convert is still cheaper than mother share..given the long expiry, is a no brainer..shud be at least 5% premium after conversion given the long expiry.At the current mother price of 1.06 after adding 25c conversion is still cheaper than mother share.
