Based on the latest annual report 2012, 30 largest shareholders controlled about 82.45%. Felda acquired 48.56% @ 29.5.2014...Felda still need 26.44% shares to achieve 75% controlling interest...

Think wisely, why Felda want take it to private? So, as investor, accept or reject?

Take private @ RM 1.55....Felda did not intend to maintain listing status in the event if receives more than 75% in acceptances...

Symlife - more project developed...own landbank to develop and generate income..

Thanks Seph, make it simple, ie free rcps worth RM500 for every 2,000 amprop shares (trade at 1.05 now) =invest RM 2100 will confirm get RM 500 later. If the mother appreciate to 1.30 before exdate, the total return will be 2,600 - 2,100 = 500 + 500 (RCPS) = 1,000

Remember the rule, insider / inv bank start to accumulate before retail investor, they will buy cheap and when hit their target price, then start to sell the stocks yet the retail investors still want to chase for it.
Don't complain to much, investing in shares you need to trade at your own risks. Wait price stable and i will buy back later, price will be move up just like Feb 2014 downtrend for 6 days. If you never cut loss, you will be the ultimate winner.

Hevea and PJdev is a good counter, revisit it when it has bottom. You don't want to be water fish rite.

Yes, buy back when bottom line. Paper loss does not mean actual loss. As long as can hold, you will be the winner.

Just like Hevea case, i bought and follow Mr. Ooi buy call on Hevea WB 0.715...the counter is good..i will even buy more to average down if price keep on dropping. Buy when people are panic selling, sell when people are aggressively buying.

No need to blame if you suffer losses. Trade at your own risk, you hv to be mature to decide yourself.

PJD WC @ 3.3.2014 bottom line closed 0.585
PJD WC @ 4.3.2014 start to rebound and closed 0.66 and all the way up to day high 0.835 and closed 0.82 @ 19.5.2014

More than 1000 stocks in Bursa Malaysia, only this counter without knowing the TA and FA, the support level is RM 1.55. Once the take over complete, more project will be awarded and price will move very fast. Just need to hold for longer period..

Thank you Mr. Ooi, although today Hevea drop despite with good quarter result, but the buy rate for mother @ 43% and warrant @ 44%. We should hold for longer period and will be rewarded soon.

Should buy Hevea-WB at 0.72, it is trading at 14% premium now compared against 23% previously. If the quarter result is good, Hevea-WB will move faster and more. I swap all mother shares to WB.
