Calculations within the Elliott Wave Theory resemble a road-map. Every wave has a set of characteristics. These characteristics are based on market behavior of masses. Thus, is really depending on market movement.

In the Elliott Wave Theory, a special attention is paid to individual description of each wave. Besides, there are certain laws used for proportional formations of Elliott waves. It is Important that all relations between all waves can take values of 0.382, 0.50, 0.618, 1.618. Using this, to calculate relations between both wave heights and wave lengths.

Wave 4

It usually rolls back by no more than 38% of Wave 3 (which mean at peak of 0.805, PJD WC may drop no more than 38%). Wave 4 may not overlap Wave 2 until the five-wave cycle is a part of the end triangle.

Wave 5

Is often identified using momentum divergences. The prices increases at middle-sized trade volumes. At the end of the wave, the trade volumes often rise sharply. Like what Mr. Ooi predicted, it will be peak at May 2014 once the Q3 report on the sales of building are take into account.

Likely now form a trend of Wave 4: Wave four is typically clearly corrective. Prices may meander sideways for an extended period, and wave four typically retraces less than 38.2% of wave three . Volume is well below than that of wave three. This is a good place to buy a pull back if you understand the potential ahead for wave 5. Still, fourth waves are often frustrating because of their lack of progress in the larger trend.

它生产溷凝墙板与销售普通建材,由于国内外需求保持强大,预期可提高销售额与盈利。
5.建筑———大有进步
由于国内私人与政府领域的建筑活动增加,它取得更多订单,今年盈利势必提高。

未来盈利有成长
在2013年6月财报中,董事主席乐观的评语,预示公司将有高成长。果然,2014年6月财政年首季每股盈利已有6.7仙,整年估计可达20至25仙,比去年13.4仙成长了50至86%(不包括特殊盈利)。
股息有望增加
目前,公司净借贷1亿9700万令吉。当它以2亿2000万令吉售辟捷大厦,以1亿8600万令吉卖吉隆坡地皮和以1亿2400万令吉买八打灵地皮全部完成后,将无债一身轻,还有几千万令吉净现金。
即使不景气,即使借贷高,公司不忘股东利益,10年来不停派息(过去4年皆5仙)。今年,公司将变成净现金公司,加上盈利大增,派较高股息的机率相当高。
在无重估产业与售产业盈利入账之下,公司每股净有形资产是2令吉51仙,储备金达6亿8400万令吉。
由于超过15年不曾送红股,今年业绩又大唱丰收,因此分红股回报股东之日理应不会太远。
今年企业活动精彩
(一)完成以2亿2200万令吉售辟捷大厦,净利1亿零100万令吉。
(二)完成以1亿8600万令吉卖首都地皮,净利5300万令吉。之后,买下新公司30%股权,参与产业发展计划(中国财团持70%股权)。
(三)完成以1亿2400万令吉买6英亩地皮,进军八打灵旺区之零售与服务公寓产业市场。
(四)辟捷控股与OSK产业合并(市场传言)。根据交易所的最新资料显示,丹斯里黄宗华及家族分别拥有辟捷控股的约31%股权以及侨丰产业的73%股权。
(五)子公司OlympiaCable上市马交所(2009年建议)。

PJD WC@ 31.12.2013-0.36 and as at 21/2/2014 @ 0.755 with premium of 13.23%, gain of 110%
PJD @ 31.12.2013 - 1.27 and as at 21/2/2014 @ 1.55, a gain of 22%.
Power of warrant as the gain of 110% as compared to mother of only 22%

As at 28/2/2013, rank 30th shareholders hold 0.52% or 560,820 shares. To make it top 100, how many shares does Chin Poh hold? When someone is fully confidence on the company, he will hold it longer time as he can see prospect and future on the company. This is an investor and not a trader. Just wait and see the 1st qtr @ 31/1/2014 which will be announce in mid March 2014.

If you notice, LIM PEI TIAM @ LIAM AHAT KIAT is not in the top 30th shareholders as at 28/2/2013. However, as as 23/1/2014, Mr Lim already hold 10.8% of the shares issued.
