The good news is they wil have extra 108 mil injected to the balance sheet and this fund can ease any financial burden caused by the pandemic without calling for Right Issues...Mkland always have the tendency to return back to Sholders after land disposal in the form of Dividend based on past record...

They won't disclose dividend payment here and dividend should derived from working capital...at least 1 sen is quaranteed every year... As they still have excess from past disposal to Frank dividend continuously...Who knows we might get total of 2 sen this year...

Mkland sells Setiawangsa land for a total cash consideration of 108.7 mil...and expected to gain ard 40 mil after cost deduction and tax...Dividend is quaranteed to be ongoing for few years to come for sure as its cashflow strengthen with this disposal...Next week it should breakout above 0.20...Pls wake up all my comrades here next week we ramp this stock upPP!!!

E&O total land value and GDV is even much lesser than Mkland's total GDV of ard 16 bil... and yet E&O share price is traded at 0.475 n MK still lagging behind...E&O financial performance even not so profitable during tis downturn registered some losses while Mkland maintained to be slightly profitable...SO if E&O can fetch tat much at 0.475, then MK should worth ard 0.45-0.50 if all of us here do a fair comparison...All comrades n faithful supporters here must continue to raise awareness tat tis MK is truly UNDERVALUED!
