Yess just use common sense...based on its past several records, whenever there was interim dividend, Final Dividend wil follow too...otherwise they would just declare once and for all First n Final dividend by year end...the fund is already secured n planned for dividend even at beginning of tis year fm previous land sale... Pls take note tat tis Dividend is not from its earnings n business profit but derived from land disposal gains...

Buy as Final dividend wil be announced tis month at least 1 sen or 2 sen...it doesn't make any rationale sense to sell now as dividend is coming soon

More property companies like LBS, E&O, Sime Darby properties, KSL and Sunway Bhd and etc mostly reported huge drop in net profit and losses due to the impact of MCO and yet Mkland seems unscathed by the MCO n reported improved earnings...Mkland still remain as net cash company with 4800 acres of massive landbank...

Where got dropped so much??? ...NTA is at 0.99 compared to previous qtr of 1.00 and it is lowered a bit due to accounting adjustment in the balance sheet...it is still a deeply unpolished undervalued property company...tomolo wil surely see some price uptrend due to better 4th qtr financial result...Compared to Glomac, E&O and Paramount tat declared huge losses impacted by MCO, Mkland displayed quite resilient performance at least it has not posted losses for the whole year...Dividend is expected to be declared tis coming Oct and we are hopeful it is gonna be 2 sen final dividend supported by previous land disposal n improved earnings...Reiterate BUY
