It should rebound back strongly next week as dividend is coming delivering Div yield of more than 5% better than FD rate...It is time to bargain hunt next Monday...1.2 bil unbilled sales coupled with some construction earnings is enough to deliver sterling return in the long term...Just don wait just acquire as much as you can next Monday...If possible just dump in all Ur life savings into it surely you will thank me in the future...

At 0.21 there isn't anymore downside as it has hit the mother of all rock bottom...any good news soon especially Budget 2019 pertaining to affordable housing such as Rumah Selangorku will surely send back Mkland to full price recovery...MK has a bigger role to play for Budget 2019 since it is related to Tun Mahathir...We have a new Shining star next year...

Now the most important question is property overhang will get worsen as recession is coming...So be careful of company tat has high gearing even though they are profitable...High borrowings can kill a company during recession...Right Issue is never never never never never a good sign in all market condition...A good company will never ask extra money from shareholders...Right Issue to repay debts is the worst of All as it brings no benefits to us...

RV...exactly...tat is why he pressed down the price to all time so tat you will panic sell all Ur shares to him to increase his control on the company...22% holding of Symlife by Tan Sri will only exposed the company of hostile takeover...After he increased his holding to at least 35%,it is hard for other predator to take over Symlife...it will test Ur patience when it goes even lower...

RV123...tis Right Issue is a good opportunity to increase Ur participation in Symlife future tremendous growth...Tan Sri Azman is keen to strengthen his grip on tis company fm 22% to above 35% and will emerge single largest Shareholder of Symlife...BUT the risk is what will the take up rate for its future launches gives most of its properties are more to medium to high end property...its 935 mil unbilled sales will provide earning visibility for the next 3 yrs but its bank borrowings or debts remain at all time high even after Right Issue...On the Bright side they have jewel in the crown Sg Long n Lembah Ledang project tat has a combined GDV of at least 14 bil...But again how are they going to fund these projects since they have a tight balance sheet...Another coming Right Issue in the future or another slash in dividend due to poor cashflow??? Hope you make a good choice...time will tell

Mkland 80 mil tax bill is very likely to be reviewed and waived...Mkland just need to secure a multi billion project fm the Govt to send its stock to the sky...for few years to come affordable housing will be the theme for the local property market...High end property development has seen prolonged slowdown n totally sluggish...tis augurs well for Mkland as it is well known for building low cost to affordable house...Mk will continue to secure projects to build affordable housing for the Rakyat aligned wit PH Manifesto to build 1 mil houses for the Rakyat...Hence we should see a turnaround in MK's earnings moving fwd...Of course Affordable housing isn't tat profitable at all BUT if you talk about big volume then it is a gigantic profit with lower risk too...Mkland is set to see

I will surely hold it for coming 2.5 sen dividend...We can't judge a company performance by just a qtr result, we must look at the big picture as a whole...1.03 bil of unbilled sales is sufficient to maintain steady growth profit for the next 3 yrs to come... share price might get selling pressure BUT long term it is a crying BUY!

Very simple facts here...they announced bad qtr result so that u will feel disappointed n dump Ur Malton shares n the directors n owner will swallow Ur shares at cheap price...those feel bad n impatient will sell at low price n they will slowly accumulate Ur shares at dirt cheap price...I m sure directors wanna increase their stake in Malton but they will do it at cheap buying price...Those panic sell will only benefits the management...
