Hi Nick n Ivan I have a strong conviction Mkland will stage a V shape recovery n rise back fm ashes tis year...Several major launches already set to launch tis year and tis will definitely increase its earnings moving forward n dividend will be declared back...What we need is patient to keep us fm selling when u lose hope on Mkland...The only thing tat I feel very secured wit MK is tat it is in Net Cash position with 16 Billion GDV worth of development...tis kind of amount is sufficient to drive Mkland above 1.00 in the future....

A real investor mind isn't to make money in stock market...if ur intention is to make fast money in stock market you will surely be disappointed and I would advice you to go genting even faster n more excitement...we are here to but assets...acquire assets at most undervalued price...excitement will only spoil a good acquisition...

Haha Ivan u seem to be very impatient with Mkland already...Don worry it will one fine day rise back fm ashes...It has zero Gearing plus massive land bank why you worry so much...a good investment must be boring n less excitement...it means most investors already run away fm tis counter leaving us few here with the lowest buying price so that next time when it started to move we are the greatest winner n benefit the most since we have acquired at the lowest price...just stay put n buy more surely you will be rewarded one day...i would prefer it to stay low below 0.20 for the next 3 years to come...

Though it posts good result, yet it is saddled with huge borrowings tat will weaken its balance sheet moving fwd...i Don think it is gonna be a big rise in share price tomorrow, the most also only about 2-3 sen rise and then flatten back as the company still highly in debt even after the Right Issue...still remain unattractive overall!!!

Hahaha...it is for you to guess...any price below 0.25 is a great buying oppurtunity to accumulate n tat is how u become super rich in the future when its true fundamental gets aligned with Share price when property sector booming again...Mkland remaining undeveloped landbank will rise in coming years...We wanna buy when thick blood is running thru their body, not when ppl are rejoicing n prosperous cos u pay a high price in the stock market for a cheery concensus n tat is a sure way to lose money...

Of course Nick...for Mkland to triple in price it might just take 2-3 years But for purchased land to triple in price it might take more than 10 years...some more you are paying just 10 sen for a land tat is worth 1.00...simple calculation...but I really hope tat Mkland will not rise and stay below 0.20...pls Don rock it and splash optimism n excitement to tis stock...we want it to stay below 0.20...

Nick given years to come, our Pakatan Govt under Tun M will surely work closely with Mkland to build affordable homes for Rakyat n more n more Govt land n projects to be given to Mkland to develop...Of course all tis will take time gradually n the share price will follow and rise fm 0.20 all the way to 2.00 when Mkland is under the spotlight of investment analyst...During its heydays Mkland was a darling among investment fund tat time share price was traded fm 1.00-3.50...Our main focus is its mammoth 3000 acres Bandar Teknopolis hopefully they will bring in other developers to jointly develop it to become a massive township...RNAV should be around 3.00-3.50 per share currently hence it is trading at a whooping huge discount to its asset value meaning investors are still skeptical about its undervalued n huge asset potential...Nick Don wait just buy as much as u can b4 u regret n bang head...

Tis remaining landbank is worth at least 5.5 Bil.
If develope it could bring in total of 16 Bil in total GDV at current market price...Mkland is the cheapest n most undervalued in terms of intrinsic value n no other property counters come close...Mahsing n Ecoworld also lose to Mkland if u compare values and Assets in relation to share price...Mkland is the next great stock to acquire...the Best property counter in Bursa!!!

Around 2 bil GDV currently...Tis haven't factor in the coming launch of 3000 acres Bandar Teknopolis, Bukit Merah Gunung Semanggol affordable homes and more affordable housing projects on Govt land...Mkland is the safest bet of all the property counters due to its close ties and friendship with Tun M n Pakatan Harapan...futhermore its balance sheet is very strong with zero borrowings...Mkland doesn't need to acquire land for expansion for years to come as it still has close to 4900 acres of undeveloped landbank so there is no need for any right issue or cash call tat could destroy shareholders fund...L&G is another disaster counter tat collapsed due to land acquisition with Right Issue...In fact under Tun M, the Govt has for the first time willing to cooperate and release land for development with Mkland in Perak state n more to come in Melaka n Johore ...Massive Landbank, Strong Balance Sheet, close to zero Borrowings and strong back up fm Govt and coming massive launchings are the main reasons why you should pick up Mkland now before it is too late...i have a long term target price of 2.00 for Mkland in 5 years to come provided Pakatan Harapan still rules...

We wanna buy when there is bad news, not when ppl are cheering for good news...When others call it hell n doom, we call it home...we see buying opportunities when others don't...Malton has fallen due to factors related to political issues...However what is more paramount is the moat and valuable Pavillion Asset they are owning...A brand name tat has great intangible Asset Value tat is so well known...Only tis alone could sustain Malton in the long run...We haven't factor in its coming Taipei City project....

Only selective counters will move...If they said Bull Market, it means tat it is time to run n stay sideline...i Don believe you are already 20 years in the market... Again not to say Mkland no good, just tat it is at the wrong timing of market cycle...as investors n speculators will never chase a stock or industry tat is having a mkt downcycle...most fund managers go for fast profit n hot stocks...Property stocks will be frozen for many years to come...So dun count on Mkland to make profit...Most probably ur money will get stuck for long....

Have u ever heard even in a bull market a stock tat has poor fundamental especially stocks under industry which is having recession or Zero Growth, will never go up Or has very limited upside...while in a bear market, stocks tat has strong fundamental or categorised under a growth industry will also rise when all others fall...in the end it is the micro event tat is significant, NOT whether the FED raise interest rate or not, or whether it is Bull or Bear market...Mkland is under property sector which is having recession, so property counter like MK will have very limited upside even if the Bursa hits 2000 point or Dow having super bullrun...Dun believe me just watch n see soon...
