My target price for Symlife for tis mth Feb is at least 0.80...Once they release 2nd qtr fin result by end of tis mth, price will inflate as the 1 billion unbilled sales starting to contribute positively to its financial year for at least 3 yrs to come...Each year should register net profit of around 70 mil or around 22 cent EPS...U will not see Symlife below 0.70 again starting fm now...

At 0.315 it is trading at a huge discount to its fair value of 1.00 which generates a lot of upside and values...I m deeply amazed! Totally unbelievable!

Pls take note my calculation will override PublicInvest Research which is outdated and inaccurate...Their research is based on 200 psf for 170 acres of Damansara Perdana land which come to RNAV of 1.56...However, Latest report from CEO of Mkland reported Mk still has 230 acres of undeveloped DP landbank which is worth 500-600 psf by now...So pls don follow their inaccurate research!!!...If we apply 70% discount to its RNAV of 3.50 due to its weak earnings result, you still come to a fair value and TP price of 1.05 for Mkland at current property recession...Tis is due to their massive undervalued landbank n assets which provide a big upside to its fair value...

2 days ago Gadang Holdings Bhd reported acquired 2.66 acres of land in Damansara Perdana for 56 million from Nusvista Development Bhd...assuming 1 acre= 21 million, then Mkland's 230 acres of undeveloped land in Damansara Perdana alone is worth at least 4.6 billion...So total up its others landmark in Perak, kedah and setiawangsa KL would have come to a whopping more than 5 billion net worth of landbank...tis should throttle its RNAV to at least 3.50 per share...At 0.315 it is trading at chicken feet of its RNAV of 3.50...It is like you only pay 0.10 to acquire land tat is worth 1.00 which is more than 90% discount...Never ever underestimate the value of land! Especially prime landbank opposite Empire City...I believe Damansara Perdana land should worth 1000 psf in 5 yrs time from now due to the robust and rapid growth of Empire City and the spill over effect Of the completed MRT facility...At 1000 psf in the future, Mkland RNAV should ve risen to at least 6.00 per share...At 0.315, it is dirt dirt cheap n undervalued at rock bottom level even though Mkland isn't so profitable...By selling land alone, Mkland will be very prosperous hence creating tremendous hidden values to shareholders who dare to buy at current rock bottom level....

Wow amazing...If 1.8 billion unbilled sales we are looking at EPS of at least 0.40 Sen per share per year since Symlife total share outstanding is only around 300 million shares...tis Sud throttle Symlife to a share price of at least 2.00...So if they launch 8 bil Sungai Long project in 2018, then the unbilled sales will rise to above 2 billion...Can't wait to see the glory moment...We have seen it in KSL holdings...So could Symlife be the next precious gem to come...tis mth its quarterly fin result will reveal the undervalued diamond of Symphony Life! Those who sell will forever be regretful!

I can assure you once their unbilled sales hit 1.3 billion, then it is gonna be another KSL in the making...their financial result for year 2017-2019 should be very profitable...Another catalyst will the much awaited 7 billion Sungai Long project tat is gonna put Symlife in the map of institutional investors radar screen...I m fully optimistic 2017-19 will be record "sterling performance" year for Symlife with big jump in dividend for Shareholders....At 0.685 it is too cheap to be true for a small company tat managed to achieved 1 billion unbilled sales which will be reflected in the coming qtrs...

Now the major catalyst tat could drive up Mkland is its coming 3000 acres mammoth project Bandar Technopolis in Lembah Beriah...till now they are still looking for joint venture fm the middle east and japan n local companies to execute tis huge project...Mkland could strike a fortune when tis project is fully executed with success with joint venture support....So far total GDV has not yet been announced...I guess it is huge and mammoth....

Corporate governance quite weak so far as NO share buyback has been done till now bcos the company itself has little confidence on its financial performance...if the company think tat the share price is undervalued, MK would 've exercise Share Buyback long time ago to invest in its own company stock...At 0.28 if u think it is cheap, then how come Mk reluctant to do share buyback at current low price? So are u ignorant or the management is unwise? Pls think about it!!!
