In my analysis if takeover exercise really happen...Pworth should be sold at least 0.25 cts per share or 30% discount of its NTA of 0.42...

Can't be worse aannouncement... If bad announcement, it won't up for the past 2 days...must be takeover exercise....limit up 0.20 opening...

100% must be MD Lim Nyuk Foh collaboration take over fm other party...Currently Lim is holding just 11% of Pworth... He is also the major SSholder...So a takeover is happening...All shareholders will strike a fortune once it is resume for trading...it is time to celebrate

Just look at the great stronghold of buyers parked at 0.125 now, really indicates tat there is gonna be another round of firework later...at least close at 0.14 later...Pworth's coming earnings is set to get a boost fm the strong USD n huge increase it its log production which should lift up coming quarterly profit...0.20 should be a fair price for Pworth to reflect improved fundamental earnings....

U just go to annual report at the 30 largest Sholding page, n combine all his holding stake thru different account and securities...

Nick... Very simple... Mustapha is holding about 42%stake in Mkland...So when he declare dividend he will also benefit the most, really a strategic way of putting money back into his pocket...

My prediction is first n final dividend of 1.5 sen per share...not bad still got 5% div yield still better than FD

I believe he is kind and generous enuf to reward shareholders one day as way of giving back to the public...230 acres of Damansara Perdana land 5 years fm now will surely inflate mkland's value significantly...it is the value of land tat really matters in the long run...

MK has no intention to jack up its share price....they just don care since it is a family business...

Pls do not mislead investors wit all tis rubbish macro events...As I ve said many times for a stock to go up, its net profit must increase on quarterly basis n its dividend increment is the major catalyst....Even in a bear market, if a company is doing very well financially it will go up while others are plunging...Earnings n dividend increment are the major catalyst...Mkland will only start to recover by late 2018 in tandem with property recovery 2018-2019....So u guys can just sit back tight to face the uncertainty of the property mkt...US mkts n oil market has nothing to do with Mkland n Bursa...Don waste time following tis world events...

I m a full supporter of Mkland...but tat doesn't I won't review the ugly side of Mkland...As investor we should tell the good n bad things about the company we bought right? It is fair for everybody b4 they make investment decision...
