U will never know when it will spike up due to the prime landbank MK is holding...Just look at IWCITY, who could ve predicted tat it could rise up fm 0.76 all the way to 2.28 suddenly in just a short period of time...IWCITY previously was not so profitable also...It is the land deal tat sent the stock price above 2.00...It is the hidden value of land! The value of land...Just bcos Mkland isn't so profitable doesn't mean it can't rise above 1.00...In stock market, anything can happen beyond ur wild imagination...Mkland has a RNAV of around 3.00 after revaluation...any merger, takeover or land disposal could unlock massive value to shareholders which could send the price above beyond ur wildest guess...

Definitely not...Tan Sri Azman won't do that to hurt shareholders...

It is confirmed in my monitoring tat Symlife will reach 1.00 soon...I m very sure next great qtr financial result will send Symlife above 1.00 territory...We can expect at least 5 Sen dividend for tis year n 6 Sen for 2018...I ve a long term price target of 2.20 for Symlife When Sungai Long 7.6 billion project launched which is gonna sell very well as it is affordable housing project...Tis should sustain Symlife Earnings to 5-8 yrs to come...It is gonna be a steady growth with consistent dividend...The only setback is that they might roll out Right Issue to fund the Sungai Long project given the fact tat Symlife is quite High Gearing at the moment...However I m sure under the leadership of Tan Sri Azman yahya, Symlife is gonna see a brighter n prosperous day ahead with more high end product plus Sg Long affordable medium end development...Among all the Small Cap Developer listed in Bursa, Symlife has the highest Unbilled Sales up to 1 billion...Surprisingly these sales is achieved even when property mkt is having recession...If property mkt boom in the future, just imagine how much is Symlife worth????

Rally should continue next Monday...target price 0.36...See how publicinvest lied n trapped you all...they encouraged you to Sell by giving a very low fair value to Mkland...But behind, their gangs are accumulating at cheap price...Now they lift it up again to profit fm it...
