After all this grievances I still believe the Best is coming to Mkland as I believe they are charting up robust growth plans to propel the company forward so all of us should give them time to plan things out for the betterment of all of MK shareholders...

They must start launching high end residential Condo n service apartment in Damansara Perdana aggressively to generate GDV of at least 1 billion and above...this is my suggestion!!! It is very hard to propel the company forward if its total GDV launching yearly is below 300 mil...

They must start to launch industrial properties fast that can generate higher profit margin and waste no more time...in this property recovery where most developers are planning to go big with GDV reaching billion, Mkland must also take this opportunity to sell aggressively with launching of at least 1 to 1.5 billion GDV...or else its EPS will forever stuck at 1.0 sen per share yearly...Its LSS4 Solar division contributes veryy little to its total revenues...They must maximise their existing landbank to launch big projects...So far they haven't come out with massive project launching above 1 billion GDV n that is disappointing given the fact they are holding up to 4800 acres of land...time is crucial as we don't want to end up with Mkland that is forever trading below 0.25 Sen...We want Mkland to return to its former Glory!!!

n agitated when Mkland going down instead of going up? It is bcos U are just another Speculator n punter who doesn't have patient to hold long term...U care about the Up n Down of share prices that why U are so angry when Mkland doesn't perform in the short term...So wat U do when it doesn't go up? U start to accuse n curse others for sharing news and facts about the company...then if next time MKland suddenly up 0.50, ur story will surely be different does that sound like U!!!

NTA 1.03 and its current share price is only 0.225, there is still a vast living daylight and massive margin of safety between its share price and its net asset value...From its current balance sheet, MK is still in net cash position better than a lot of companies that have massive debt and borrowing...

There is still bright prospect for Mkland though its earning and revenue is stagnant for now...I m still optimistic for its coming much awaited industrial development and Floating Solar farm which is a booster shot for its future earnings...at 0.225 it is still at pessimistic price level which is fair and still undervalued!

If you compare Mkland to all other loss making counters which is trading at high despite making huge losses and even PN17 status, then MK is considered a great laggard as it has high NTA and still a profit making though earnings still lacklustre...it signals that Mkland isn't overvalued after all compare to all those speculative counters tat are still trading at upside though every QTR making losses and even PN17 status too...

Please trust Ayala Land to do the great job for Avaland...Ayala Land is the largest property developer in Philippines owning over 30,000 acres landbank...Their record financial performance is rock solid and first class management...If U acquire Avaland, U are actually buying a stake in Ayala Land...its EPS will only go up in the future as they have are very ambitious and sterling team management...

This is surely a 0.50 share moving into 2025 in comparison to LBS, Mahsing and E&O if U compare EPS...at 8 Sen EPS, LBS already trading at 0.68...just imagine if Avaland's EPS can reach 5-6 Sen per share by year end, definitely Ava is worth at least 0.50...So there is still a lot of upside for Avaland as its unbilled is expected to rise further as 1.4 bil worth of new launching to kickstart this year...it is a growth stock to my understanding!

I believe they are playing a role in the EV ecosystem in Perak soon as MITI is targeting to install 10,000 EV charging points by 2025...at the moment is only 1,500 EV charging available...Dun forget BYD already coming to Malaysia... Proton n Perodua too are coming out with new EV cars by next year...Malaysia will be regional hub for EV and Renewable energy powerhouse and Mkland is set to play important roles toward the green economy...

Totally agree with U Val, our job as an investor is to acquire stocks is battered n in bad shape due to sector downturn and hold it long enough to profit from it when it recovers in the long run...To Acquire undervalued stocks, we must know how much a stock is really worth based on its current earnings n balance sheet and buy it way way below its fair value...U are wasting ur time in the market if U treat stocks like a touch & Go machine...U will lose more money by jumping from stock to stock by being a trader...

During its heydays, MCT now known as Avaland, used to trade above 1.00 before slumping to all time low of 0.10 last year...Now that it is fully restructured as a wholly owned subsidiary of Ayala Land, I m confident Avaland will return back to its former glory above 1.00

They need to focus more on commercial high end development besides only doing low end affordable housing...they need to create values for Shareholders too...
