So its Revised Net Asset Value per share should sit somewhere around 2.50-3.00 versus its share price of just 0.26 currently tat represent only 10% of its real accounting land value...

Nick, to my guesstimate, the value of MK's total undeveloped landbank of 4800 acres should worth more than 5 bil...in its balance sheet land held for development is declared as 800 mil which is not revalued for a very long time...So it is a massive appreciation in land value to the present day...

It is good to see Mkland is finally back to the radar screen...we are anticipating more new projects to be unveiled soon riding on stronger property recovery and explosive growth of Renewable Energy under the NETR energy transition plan...Mkland can't beat UEMS cos MK doesn't have land in JB...I believe Northern Perak is the future of Mkland!!!

That is why MOU is formed between Majuperak and Mkland recently for a big scale floating Solar Farm in Bukit Merah Lake and Kenering Lake for strategic partnership...Mjperak also signed MOU with SPIC Energy too recently which I guess all are related for the development of the Big scale floating solar farm...
