Just compare Mkland with Teladan Setia U will see a stark contrast of value trap...Teladan which has total landbank below 1000 acres and NTA of just 0.64 and yet it is trading at 1.00 compare to Mkland at steep 0.215 though it has NTA of 1.03...Mkland is obviously so much bigger than Teladan in terms of Landbank and value n has stronger balance sheet than Teladan...Furthermore Teladan is Net Debt while Mkland is Net Cash position...So where is the logic that Mkland is still trading at cheap undervalued level though it has diversified into Solar RE...

Dun worry...Stock Market is a long term investment...Stock prices fluctuation is normal...U just can't buy a stock and expect it to climb to 0.50 next week...it takes time just just like delivering a baby it take months of suffering n pain...if stock investment is that easy, then everybody in this world is a billionaire no need to work...Mkland is asset rich supported with investment properties and huge landbank...the next catalyst is for it secure more RE projects from the government or collaboration with private Solar investment companies...

Just imagine property counters like SMI, Tanco, Yong Tai and Menang that do not have massive assets and landbank than Mkland but trading at all time high above 0.30-80 currently...Mkland is still lagging far far behind that is a bit frustrating...

Land Held For Development stated in its latest balance sheet is 732 mil that is not revalued to current value...If revalued to current accounting standard then it is worth above 2.00 per share versus its NTA of 1.03...Whether it is occupied with monyet or wild beast or planted with Padi, land always increase in value overtime beating inflation...What we hope best is that Mkland plays a role in the EV ecosystem soon...Reiterate BUY!

Please do not hear rumours from frens that Lembah Beriah that it is planted with Padi...the best is go and find it yourself...maybe it is the wrong land mentioned by ur so called layman frens...if the CEO said that they kickstart industrial project in Lembah Beriah, pls trust it or else dun spread false rumours here...if still have no patient, just sell and change counter...the choice is yours!

Even the 1st Qtr Fin Results announcement, MK stated and reiterated its MOU with Mjperak for a floating Solar farm in Perak...I believe they are working on it currently or else Mkland won't reiterate and mention again its MOU with Mjperak in this current 1st Qtr Results prospect comments...

Ur main objective as a true value investor is not predict the next speculative stock BUT to acquire a stock that is battered currently, which you believe will become tomorrow's ten- bagger base on facts and strong balance sheet...Let's take a look at UEMS... Everybody knows it is asset rich giant with massive landbank in Iskandar JB but nobody wanted it last year when it was traded at just 0.21, battered by declining EPS and project slowdown...One year later it skyrocketed to 0.945 as its fundamental improved...the same could be happened to Mkland...Our job is to acquire it when things are still uncertain and vague cos that produce a low entry price with huge discount... The eventual rise of Mkland is just a matter of time comrades...I believe more projects to be unveiled soon related to EV and Renewable Energy...Mkland is a 100% Bumiputera Company so it is much in favor to secure Govt related projects as MK always contribute to Rakyat by developing low cost affordable housing to the poor...thus I believe MKland should play certain roles in the NETR and NIMP plans to combat climate change...So is 0.30 imminent?? Patient is value investor's greatest strength!

Haha if I know the date when it is gonna shoot above 0.30, I m oledi a billionaire richer than Elon Musk...If you are a value investor, then it is wise to accumulate slowly when volume is down and never care about its price UP n DOWN in the short term...Cause the best time to buy a stock is when nobody interested in it...Warren Buffett ever quoted: "The Dumbest Reason To Buy A Stock Is When It Is Going Up"... NTA is 1.03 and trading at just 0.235 now, implies that it is deeply undervalued in relation to its assets value...The only catalyst to push MK up soon is new project announcement to enhance its future EPS that is still lagging...Bandar Teknopolis Perdana is my greatest hope for Mkland for Industrial Park development

Anything can happen in the stock market...today U might see Mkland at 0.24...next mth it could be 0.50 due to speculation or fundamental rise...But one thing is certain is that MK is heading to right direction by diversifying into Renewable energy as it will be the next booming sector...I maintain my conviction that it can easily reach 0.30 soon...

I foresee in coming years Perak state will set to be the next super Growth and industrial state after Penang and Selangor as NIMP 2030 industrial plan should attract foreign investors to Northern Perak that has a cheaper land cost compared to Penang and Selangor....Mkland is sitting on a goldmine due to its wholly owned, 3000 acres of undeveloped landbank in Lembah Beriah and 1000 acres of land in Bukit Merah...All these shall spark the future of Mkland to a new robust growth...Reiterate BUY!

Dasan, any price weakness will only provide buying opportunities currently...Now the greatest concern is the Israel and Hamas tensions that could cause geopolitical instability...I would buy more when it falls while waiting for the storm to passover...Over the long term what really matter is the intrinsic values of the underlying company...I still maintain my target price of 1.00 over the long term for the next few years to come

Mkland's 4000 acres of undeveloped landbank in Northern is set to be the jewel in crown for Mkland in the future now that Govt is targeting Northern Perak to be the new High Tech industrial Park complementing Kulim High Tech Park and Bayan Lepas industrial Park forming a golden triangle industrial powerhouse...Please bear in mind that Lembah Beriah is located near to Bagan Serai thus MK's plan of setting up a new Industrial Park in Bandar Teknopolis will definitely get a spillover economic boost from the industrial Zones...From there Mkland can build new township in Lembah Beriah...Reiterate BUY!
