Nick...Its NTA is only 0.96 though its RNAV is above 2.00...So i will stick to its NTA as guidance for my price target...I peg it at 1.00-1.20...Hopefully Kasi won't throw his shares again tis time...In fact his stake in the company has been reduced to only 16% from 19.6% recently...Mustapha is holding almost 40% of the company...So public share holding of tis company is still very large at around 40%...Tis company even selling land alone can prosper and excel without doing any property development...Ok another 40 min to market opening...Pls take your position NOW! The rise must go on....

Lewis...after so many false ignition last time, could tis time be a real turning point for mkland??? I 've watched many counters skyrocketed fm 0.40 all the way to 1.50 in less than six months time...Why? Bcos it was undervalued and ppl rushed in to buy b4 it is too late...I 've a very strong feeling tis time Mkland will skyrocket beyond ur wild imagination...During the good old days, Mkland was traded btw the range of 3.00-4.00 last time...So current price 0.47 is too cheap...Monday, all eyes will be focused on Mustapha & Kasi Land....MKLAND!

Can't wait to see it rises above 0.50 on Monday...hopefully can touch 0.60 by Friday...

i think u made the right decision kahfai i am sure monday will sure continue fire up to above 0.50 if tis buying is done by management...If it is just goreng activity by syndicates then it is 50/50 as the price already gone up so much....good luck

Tadmax got private placement nick...not a good sign...

I 've checked Tadmax I don see it attractive...timber logging business carries a lot of impairment loss...its balance sheet not strong enough also in net debt position...some more no dividend paid...anyway I prefer something safe like mkland which I can extract n squeeze value from its landbank in the long run...Landbank carries no impairment, ONLY revise upward value as land value will always go up over time...

another 1 sen rise...It makes no surprise that the value of damansara perdana landbank has gone up above 300 psf as the Empire City has improved the infrastructure and amenities and adding sparkling atmosphere to the vicinity around tat area and soon it will spillover to damansara damai as well...Hence Mkland's total revise land value will spark up tremendously and soon a re-rating of this stock due to its undervaluation...I believe its RNAV is around 2.30-2.40 now....

NICK...with such a soft property market right now it is hard for Mk to reach 0.50...But even without capital appreciation, it is worthwhile to keep Mkland for its attractive dividend yield while waiting for the next property boom...Next year's dividend is supported with the previous 82 mil land sale to Empire...3 cent or 4 cent for next year? Loo yee...When the volume is low tat is the best time to buy n accumulate slowly just like Hng did...tat is the time u get less competition fm other buyers...If everybody rush in to buy it is impossible for you to get a good low price...ppl won't sell 0.37 to you tomorrow if they knew about tis news...Just pray hard tat maybe some haven't read about tis news or someone fools dump cheap to u at 0.37...good luck...
