I didn't pay 0.42 cts for their management...I paid it for their Damansara Perdana 170 acres landbank...Have the company's price so low and undervalued tat even an idiot also can run the company tat can bring out high return..."Price is what you pay, value is what you get" U paid a low price for a company tat even a lousy performance can turn out to be a spectacular performance...Tat is what value is all about...In the long run it is a weighing machine...

One thing for sure investment in property counters will bear 0 investment return in 2-3 years to come as property sector is having recession and prolonged slowdown...The only thing tat will give us some small return is dividend, otherwise don expect capital appreciation from property counters no matter how good the company is...GST only dampen demand for properties as our spending power has been weakened...So investment in Mkland will also be sluggish and stagnant just hope that Mk will sell more land to maintain positive cashflow...It is greatly feared tat in 3 yrs to come Mkland could trade unchanged at 0.42 or lower thanks to property slowdown...Profit is the major and only factor tat will drive up share prices, without which shares will not get go up no matter how undervalued it is...prepare for the worst as Mkland coming launches in Damansara Perdana most probably will not sell well due to property downturn...

Anyway, Mkland 2nd interim 1 cent dividend will be declared together with its quaterly financial result on 26th or 27th tis month...we should see some trading interest of tis stock soon....

If Mkland Sell all its land it could bring in at least 2 billion gross net profits...After deducted its cheap land cost which they acquired long long time ago let say 600 million...So 2 billion- 600 million= Net profit of 1.4 billion...So if u divide by its total share outstanding of 1.2 bil shares u will come to at least 1.16 EPS...At 1.16 EPS accumulated net profit it should worth at least 1.00 and above...

no need Nick as long they maintain 3 or 4 cts dividend annually it is good enough....

another big possibility is that they plan to ramp up mkland in the near term SO everytime the price started to jump they will bash it down again to maintain it at low price for them to accumulate fm the public quietly...Once u feel frussss about its price and dump it to them at cheap price and once they ve gain substancial amount of share outstanding to make sure there are no more sellers, tat is the time they manipulate the price upward straight to the sky....i have seen many stocks went thru tis phase...Hopefully Mkland is the target...Don forget they will launch d 600 mil property sales in DP anytime so the share price should reflect tis fundamental soon...They will push it up soon!

I believe Mkland is under "Accumulation Phase" by certain parties including owner himself...As u notice there have been few times it started to fly shown by its sudden increase of volume and then been pushed down again and again so as to dampen it fm going up...This is the way a stock to be pushed up gradually...At first they need to quietly and slowly absorb most of the shares at cheap price and finally comes the distribution phase where they will announce good news to distribute back the shares to buyers at high price for a decent profit...I believe Mkland will be pushed up aggessively soon with target price above 0.80 cts...Tan sri Mustapha is doing wonders behind the scene...Get ready for the explosive rise!!!

Why sud i pay 0.50 for a share tat pay no dividend with its stock trading at book value of 0.52...EPS only at 3 cts and PE at 15 cts...it means it is very overvalued and brings no value to those who chase now...speculator or gamblers like to chase to at tis level to earn fast money but the RISK is REAL...Watch out!

to me it is worth only below 0.36 cts since its earnings is still weak and its NTA is just at 0.52 with no dividend declared...those who bought at 0.50 today could be the last buyer or well defined as "greater fool"
