There is no point to buy Willow. After I have received this shocking offer, I just realised that the current MD was also MD for PJ Dev from 1997 to 2013. So I am seeing the same pattern again.

Anyhow, in my opinion , as minority shareholders we should not put our hard earn money in this sort of company, as we will not know when they are going to rob our money again.

This has shown the integrity of the management in Willow. Just leave this company and move on to other better companies. There are many much better companies in Bursa. Since this is the 3rd time OSK has done this, just avoid their counters in future and don't be fooled by their figures again.

As long as the minority like us don't sell cheap to the 55% of them, it can't go to 80 cents. Unless the 55% want to sell cheap then we collect lor, then their share holding will be less than 55%. Back to square one.

I think Liihen may have short term benefit from the 2 hurricanes. Harvey struck Texas 2 weeks ago and Irma is expected to hit Florida by weekend. Possible more exports to the US in these coming months. Furniture needs to be replaced in these flooded areas. Cannot be happy on other people's disasters though.

Hope the directors look into the suggestions from the shareholders. Oldtown has good products and proven to be first movers among our local coffee beverage manufacturers.The dividend payout ratio is at 75%. If the performance continues on the upward trend, will keep holding this counter long term.

AGM seems to be handled quite well by the management. Many calls by the shareholders for the directors to look into the branding of the cafe business. The cafe business performance has been dropping slightly for the last 2 years. One shareholder mentioned Starbucks model that I think the directors should study and finetune our Malaysian model. For example, why is Starbucks able to go into China is such a big way and Oldtown is not.
The Oldtown products are doing well in TMall. This is the e-commerce arm which is doing very well and growing rapidly.
Lastly, the door gift is not bad. They put in new products like the Kopi O with and without sugar, which cater for those group of customers who do not like 3-in-1 like my wife. Hopefully, Oldtown do up their branding and improve their cafe business.

Aemulus has good mix of testers from Discrete to RF. Now it depends on the marketing team to sell their equipment to the global market. If the testers are well accepted , the market is huge.

Jayden, it depends on what you have in mind. If you want to invest in a growing company, then you keep, as Aemulus earning is improving. It will recover. If you want to punt the market , then you must have a cut lost price set before any trade. Think about it. Aemulus is not for contra, this is my advice.
