At price 1.03 now, its PE at around 7.4. With current steel theme and incoming QR should be good, Prestar is deserved for better PE. Now is only the beginning of people giving a fair judgement on its value.

In the share market we really need a high EQ not to distort by the false rumors. Good jobs for those choose to hold during SSteel had a big drop due to rumor.

From recent QR, Ssteel had a big increment of inventories. They may already forecast the steel anti dumping protection will be extended and demands will be increased

Current price with 3 cents interim dividends.. Seems will have final dividend​s on Q4 if the result is promising. Ssteel is quite generous in giving dividends one..

I believe the coming QR will be good as now overall semiconductor sectors are performing well. It should be no problem for the share price to exceed 30 cents after that result out

Recently Prestar kuat ESOS and make the share price was stagnant at around ~90 cents. High ESOS rate indirectly mean business is growing? Hopefully it can move soon

The Edge also cover abit on Prestar recent news too. Shifting plant back to Malaysia will improve the cost effectiveness? If yes, the profit margin will be improve and will be showed in incoming quarter result

The recent 4 quarter EPS is 13.89 cents and with share price at 98 cents , PE is only 7.07. One more thing, 2 cents dividend will be given on 16 June.

If we take conservative way to calculate the share value, incoming 2 quarters each EPS hit 4 cent
Total EPS 4.8+ 4.31+4+4 + 4.2 cents(from 8 million)= 21.31.
PE 8 times , the share value will be RM1.70.
PE 10 times , the share value will be RM2.13.

"The Group is expected to report a net gain of approximately RM8.0 million after
deducting the relevant expenses associated with the Disposal i.e. Agent’s commission,
legal fees and tax. " . RM8 million should be contributed ~ 4.2 EPS.

Total EPS for recent 4 quarters still negative, next quarter as it changes to positive & there is final dividends, share price will be expected raise more...So, I choose to hold it for long term.

Declaration of dividend will be part of the sign of the return of Ssteel. Last quarter many holidays and some construction companies are waiting for cancellation of steel protection, this result consider very good.

Personally feel Frontken is better than Anzo & Johan. It is a pure cash company & continuously 3 quarter improve in profits. This coming quarter result will be good too.

Personally feel the profit margin for incoming result should be comparable with last quarter. Prestar can get the raw material from Posco . The material cost should be slightly cheaper than market price.

Hmm, Annjoo already 2.69 but Ssteel just 1.39.. Ssteel really big lagged behind Annjoo.

Seems like ppl will look into steel counters soon because recently construction, semiconductor, O&G , logistic, IT related stock were goreng up.. Left steel counters static but somemore drop due to the rumor recently.
