At RM2400 psf the Developer or its designers should have put more thought into the unit furnishings, finishes and functionality. Marbles should have been pre-selected and/or dry laid before fixing. Of course, the high full height curtain should come with a simple curtain rod for ease of handling. And don't expect people to open their sliding doors day-in day-out by poking their finger into a tiny hole at the edge of the door to draw it out of from its "hidden" pocket - can't imagine people doing this at night when their are groggy from their sleep or after a few glasses of wine.

Amfirst Reit : The stock still has a net asset of RM1.24 per share, more than double its current share price of RM0.58. The Company might as well sell off all its properties with some discount and distribute the money to its shareholders. However it is still giving a decent T4Q dividend yield of 6.81%.

At RM0.20, Media Chinese seems to be the most undervalued and overlooked stock?
~ Annualised PE for the current year is 6.71, giving an earning yield of 14.91%
~ T4Q Dividend yield is 7.3%
~ Net asset per share of RM0.46; P/NAPS = 0.44 only.
~ Net Cash Company with cash on hand at a whopping RM0.307 per share, much more than the current stock price.
Wonder why the Company is not doing Share Buyback at the current price?

The Offer Price of RM3 is at a whopping 55.75% discount to its RNAV of RM6.78! The independent adviser, Mercury Securities, says it is reasonable to accept the offer in view of the historical share price of Daiman. For long term investor, who has stayed with the shares for its value, I would say it is grossly unfair and unreasonable to accept the offer. Will Mercury Securities or anyone willing to sell off their own real estate/ properties at 55.75% discount? Yes, Daiman is indeed a property company owning real estate, not a tech company with very little asset backing.

Show some solid and credible proof. Otherwise it seems someone just has an old score to settle with Chong Ket Pen or the Auditor is sleeping on his job?

What the England talking? So furious. KYY is entitled to post his own opinion pieces. And it's up to the readers to digest or interpret in whatever way they want. I don't find his articles "insultering" anyone. Chill bros! If everybody thinks the same, then there won't be winner or loser in the stock market. The fund managers or fund houses will have to close shop.

It has been a continuing disappointment since I started to accumulate shares in this REIT back in 2015. The
controlling shareholders should consider winding up this company and returning the proceeds to all shareholders. With a Net Asset Value of RM1.18 per unit I am more than happy getting back even 50% of this value,
